First Floor, Updated, and a Short Walk to the Beach

Beautiful, updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and self-closing cabinets. New dining and living room furniture! The fully equipped kitchen includes all new Samsung stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, glass top range, built-in microwave, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee, blender, mixer, cookware, and dishes. This lovely condo has three flat screen TVs - one in the living room (Smart TV), one in the master bedroom (Smart TV), and one in the second bedroom (DVD). WIFI is included. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (new mattress 2026) and ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest room has twin beds (new mattresses 2026) and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We also provide a Pack 'n Play portable crib (just bring your own sheet for it).

In addition to the usual high standard of cleaning we do, our cleaning service also launders bedspreads and shams in addition to sheets and towels after every rental!

Villa is conveniently located on the ground floor close to the beach gate. A first floor unit means no steps to go up and down with your beach wagon and chairs! Beach access is quick and easy, a 2-block walk to the beach through the beach gate to the private beach access path. The outdoor shower is right next to the gate for washing off after a nice day at the beach. For the convenience of our guests, we provide a beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella. There are two swimming pools and a hot tub available for Fiddler's Cove guests. The larger pool is heated or cooled as needed from March through October. The hot tub is heated all year. Also, there are charcoal and gas grills and picnic tables as well as tennis and pickleball courts on site.

Fiddler's Cove is a 23 acre resort about a five to eight minute walk (2 blocks) to Folly Field Beach, one of the island’s widest and cleanest beaches. Fiddler's Cove is a family-friendly area with 24 hour gated security. On-site amenities include two pools, hot tub, 7 Clay Har-Tru tennis courts, 6 Packed Har-Tru pickleball courts, 2 indoor racquetball courts and a recreation /clubhouse featuring a large flat screen TV and ping pong. There are playgrounds throughout the community. Fiddler’s Cove is located mid-island near shopping, restaurants, biking, fishing, championship golf, Pinckney Island Nature Preserve, and cinemas. Restaurants and Adventure Cove miniature golf & Arcade are all close by! Additionally, the island boasts miles and miles of paved bike trails, golf courses galore, and wonderful restaurants. Rental bikes can be delivered and picked up at the villa with bike racks near villa to lock up bikes. Fiddler's Cove requires all guests to check-in at the 24hr security gate to receive a gate and parking pass for your stay. Up to 2 parking passes can be issued for this unit. Sorry, but Fiddler's Cove rules do not allow motorcycles, campers, boats, trailers, or pets on the grounds. Also, smoking is not permitted.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% of Total Due is due with reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. It is understood that the tenant is responsible for damages. CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund of deposits paid will be made when cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date; 50% of deposits paid will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 7 days of check in date. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days of check in.
