Fantastic location to everything. The beach was made a little easier with bikes. Clean and comfortable. Felt like a tropical paradise. Chairs wagon and umbrella also made the beach easy. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Would recommend!

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! This rental is just as described. The owners are great at communication and they have detailed info and lists of their island favorites for their renters. The house was clean! We liked having more than one option of pools on the property! The only negative was the flat bed pillows so if you’re able you may want to bring your own.

Great unit & location

We had a great stay at this unit. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a lovely feature and a pleasant place to wait out some passing storms. The hosts were very responsive. We have stayed at Tree Tops previously and loved this unit. The walk to the beach (12-14 min) was very convenient to a lovely part of the beach which nice and wide and not crowded. Centrally located to Sea Pines and Coligny plaza.

Restful Getaway

Great place to stay! We loved the screened in balcony; it was an added bonus for anyone wanting to get alone to read or talk. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a couple of issues (on our end) that they graciously helped us handle. The bedrooms are separated enough to allow family members to slip away to their own rooms and not be bothered by others watching TV. The pool is nearby and the ocean a short bike ride. Likewise, Coligny is an easy bike ride as well. Recommend!

Absolutely loved HHI . Stephanie and Scott helped make it wonderful with their extensive book on the area for everything. The home was welcoming and close to walk to the beach.Definitely would stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay on Hilton Head Island

The location of this comfortable and clean 3 bedroom condo is walking distance to Coligny Circle or the beach ( near Loggerhead doe drinks, snacks and bathrooms ). Well appointed with everything we needed. The owners were pleasant and professional.

Almost Perfect

We loved our stay however in the listing it says “short walk to the beach”it’s a little over what I would consider a short walk. The map of the villa from the beach IS accurate but with the listing and reviews saying short walk I was hoping the map was showing the entrance to the villas not the villa itself. I did love it but I will stay closer next time. Also I didn’t see anywhere that said there are 3 flights of stairs you have to go up to get into the villa. I work with a lot of older people who run into this problem when going on vacation so just an FYI If you have someone who can’t do stairs or someone with an injury you might want to pick a different place to stay. This was my husband and step daughters first time to HHI and they loved it except for the walk to the beach

Nice location

First the pluses - nice condo and location that was convenient to HHI. Washer/dryer was updated and worked very well. We loved the shaded and screened in porch. It was very comfortable and provided a nice outdoor space on a rainy day. The unit flooring was very nice and could be cleaned very easily. The unit was comfortable, and had plenty of space. We encountered an issue immediately upon arrival, when the shower in the master was inoperable. We immediately contacted the host owner. The hosts were very easy to work with and very willing to address the problem as quickly as possible. In fact, they had a plumber onsite in less than 12 hours and the problem was corrected. Also, the hosts contacted us prior to our arrival to let us know we could check in early, which we really appreciated. The main cons - other than the refrigerator, we found the kitchen appliances needed updating. We understood you needed to provide your own cooking supplies, but it lacked the most basic spices like salt and pepper. This didn't have an extreme impact on our stay, but was the reason we gave the property a 4 as opposed to 5.

family getaway

The property was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 older teenage boys). We had everything we needed. We did laundry, we enjoyed the screened in room, we used the cooler, chairs, sand bucket. We had family movie night. We read some of the books...The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were a treat. Same with the detergents. We wanted to play tennis and swim but didn't have enough time! The location was great.

Great location!

This unit is close to the bike trails, beach and many activities. The hosts are attentive and tried to addressable concerns promptly. Of note this unit is on the second level and there is no elevator this posed a challenge when getting our heavy suitcases up and down. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the unit comfortable and well equipped.

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

This property was very clean upon arrival. Great space for our family. Kids had their own space upstairs, which they loved. Rented bikes which made the trip to the beach very easy. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great for our family of five

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head! The unit was perfect for our family of five. We liked the layout- the master bedroom is in a great location in relation to the rest of the bedrooms. Our oldest slept in the queen bedroom and our twin girls slept upstairs. Everything was clean and well appointed. It's a ten minute walk to the beach and it took us a day to acquaint ourselves with the path to get there. The condo is also close to Coligny Plaza and The Bank which are fun areas to explore on the Island. The complex is quiet and quite dark at night, which is typical in Hilton Head. Highly recommend

Very clean & family friendly

We had a great stay at this unit!! So clean and the pictures and property details were very accurate. Communication with host was great. We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay an extra day. The property is quiet with a mix of vacationers and residents. The unit is well-equipped and suited for a young family. Our older kids (3 & 5) shared the twin bedroom upstairs and we were able to fit a pack n play in the downstairs queen bedroom for our youngest. Plenty of room for our crew of 5 to spread out. The unit provides a beach wagon which was essential for all the beach gear, however, if you’re traveling with small kids, we highly recommend bringing a second cart for helping them get to and from the beach access. It’s an easy route to the beach but juuuust far enough to get some whines after a long day outside. Bring or rent bikes! Our kids easily made the 10 minute ride up to Coligny for ice cream daily. We used all 3 pools on property which were surprisingly warm and not overcrowded. Don’t feel the need overpack - the washer/dryer are high-quality and very quick. We did a small load of laundry every night to reset for the next day. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful Trip to Hilton Head!

Host was very responsive and spends a lot of time thinking of everything you would need for a beach vacation. The umbrella, chairs, and beach cart made it sooo much easier. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, two nice swimming pools in the complex, and the condo was very clean. A great family getaway !

Fantastic experience!

We had the most amazing trip to Hilton Head and this property helped make it even more fantastic. From the moment we booked our stay there was excellent communication, many excellent suggestions for restaurants were given and all of our questions were answered very promptly. The proximity to all of our activities was fantastic and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. We took advantage of both the pool and the tennis courts, as well as the beach supplies available to us. If we have the chance to return to HHI, we’ll definitely want to stay here again and will highly recommend it to anyone who asks. Thanks for a great trip!
