This Hampton Inn was as nice as most...attractive, well kept. But, their attention to detail left something to be desired. The clock radio in the room did not bring in any stations...am or fm. The continental breakfast was all carbs. The tv required a Master's degree in order to find a non cable station. And, for a Sunday night stay, I felt the fee of was far too high.

bathroom floor was never cleaned left note on bed to clean bed it took two days for them to change sheets ice maker on bottom floor didn't work for the whole week we were there didn't leave enough coffee each day for the next day or sugar and cream we will probably not return to this hotel

Experience was what you would expect from a Hampton Inn, yet in a beautiful mountain setting.

The room was modest with good beds. Semi clean and had a broken air conditioner, it would cool somewhat and then turn off. We could not get it to turn back on and we could not control the temperature. We sweated all night and got very little sleep. When it did run, (off and on) it was extemely noisy. When I complained, all the staff said was "sorry". They offered no compensation or alternatives.

Well, all-in-all, it was okay. I wouldn't seek this place out again. There is no restaurant within walking distance that was open. There is one next door, but it was mysteriously closed all of the time. My room was standard Hampton Inn'ish stock with absolutely no frills whatsoever (except for the spiders that could be seen dangling from webs in the high corners of the room) The breakfast was all right, the coffee wasn't that good and the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel staff was nice enough when they weren't sitting down in the lobby watching television. The maids speak Spanish only so don't ask for anything. I'm thankful for the easy access to the road out of town. For the money, I wouldn't do it again.
