The Space:

In the evening, the scent of pine mingles with the crackle of the indoor gas fireplace while the kids explore the creeks that weave through the two‑acre grounds. - Bedroom 2 (third floor): two twin beds, ideal for children, adjacent to the playroom.

- Bedroom 3 (third floor): queen bed, private en‑suite bathroom, walk‑in closet, private balcony, smart TV.

- Bedroom 4 (third floor): queen bed, en‑suite bathroom, smart TV, additional twin‑bed nook, large walk‑in closet with pack‑n‑play and highchair.

- Bedroom 5 (first floor): queen bed, smart TV.

- Bonus sleeping area (first floor): twin trundle bed with access to a full bathroom and a 65‑inch smart TV.

Total beds: 1 king, 3 queens, 5 twins. The home accommodates up to eight guests.



Outdoor living

A covered pavilion with an oversized fire‑pit provides seating for sixteen, while super‑comfy couches and captain’s chairs create a relaxed lounge area. The outdoor wood‑burning fireplace is currently being rebuilt and is not available. A screened porch, front‑porch swing, and a private balcony off the upstairs queen bedroom offer additional spots to enjoy the forest backdrop. Bear‑proof trash cans sit on Upper Lake Road; please secure all food to keep wildlife safe.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and utensil you could need, a coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender, and kids’ plates. A breakfast bar seats three, a formal dining room seats eight, and the outdoor dining table seats sixteen. High‑speed internet is available throughout the house.



Neighborhood

Just a two‑minute drive to Blue Bike Café for breakfast and Main Street’s finest restaurants, boutiques, and wedding venues. The property is minutes from Old Edwards, The Farm, and The Hutchinson House, making it a convenient base for exploring Highlands.
