All the staff were very helpful, Emma in particular. We wish the rooms has closets.

Great hotel just across the ski resort. They have a fridge, coffeemaker, microwave in the room. We had 2 queen beds and a one person armchair with the feet rest - could be an extra sleeping space for a kid up to 7y.o. Good breakfast to choose from. Very clean and comfy

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean, but a bit worn. Air conditioning was very loud. Close to town but still had to drive a bit. Walls were very thin and could hear the talking/coughing from the room next door!

the property was very nice and located near our final detonation. We didn't like that in spite of demand for lodging in that area, we couldn't let someone else use our last day at the hotel due to a 3 day bundle. Wee had to leave a day early and the room sat empty while the property managers turned other travelers away.

We had reserved 2 nights but only stayed one. Not a fault of the hotel but there was no water. Couldn't bathe, brush teeth, etc. A water main in town bursed. The hotel staff told everyone to leave and go elsewhere. We did.

Nice hotel. Has everything u need. Clean and comfortable.

Big open breakfast area. Nice pool and hot tub. Pretty views.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. We always stay there when skiing at nearby ski resort. We reserved a suite (it had 2 queen beds and sofa bed) , perfect for a big family of 6. It is very conveniently located near the resort, just across it around 2 minutes drive. They have a small gym, a pool and small parking but enough for all. Free cookies and coffee, free breakfast in the morning.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but a bit pricey overall. The mountain view room has a tiny window that doesn't offer a great view. Still, the hotel was clean and the breakfast wasn't bad.

We took the kids skiing and the hotel was right across from the resort loved it

Found the hotel online. Since it was so close to the Sapphire Valley Ski Resort, thought it would be the perfect place to stay. Proximity to skiing is great. Room was very clean and comfy. The hotel is in the process of renovating the dining area, but it wasn't a bother. Also, having complimentary hot breakfast was nice. Yes, you will get powdered eggs, but there are other options like bagels, muffins, and a waffle. Overall a good experience.

This hotel is well located close to Cashiers and 15 mins from Highlands. You are right on Hwy 64 which provides a picturesque drive. The hotel is clean, free continental breakfast and is close to some fine eateries.

They had a lovely heated pool. The breakfast room was very large and warm with a nice fireplace. We used the exercise room twice and it wasn't crowded.

This is a nice hotel, check-in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, and the guest seem to all be in good spirits. The only problem anyone had was with the waffle maker, and I'll admit that could have been operator error.

very pleasant

This place is accomodations at it's finest. The staff, cleanliness and atmosphere were top notch. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place to stay, this is it.

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. I was happy to hear that Emma was very helpful. The mirror is actually the closet door. I do apologize that we did not tell you. I hope your travels finds you back in our area again soon.
