Hotel is just 5 mins walk from Kawachi Kosaka Train station. JR pass is not allowed here and you need to buy tickets. There is a McD just in front of the train station and it's open until midnight. We booked a family room, there were 3 beds and it was comfortable but less space to move around or place our luggage. The breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Bathroom was clean and nice. Overall it's good and worth for the price.

We stayed in this hotel as a family, The location is great and the food is absolutely superb .. We had a very early arrival and with a toddler was difficult but the staff made us feel very welcome and set up our room early which was bright and very clean and we had a superb stay here Thankyou to the reception staff and the whole team

Extremely small room and bed, but good sized bathroom. Kind of expensive for what it is. Breakfast is good and rich, and food at the restaurant is also good. Certainly needs updates. Convenient location close to the subway.

This is a business hotel, so the rooms are small, very small. Not recommended for people who are claustrophobia. 3 mins walk away from Kawachi-Kosaka station, it is convenience to get to anywhere using the Kintetsu rail. A very basic place to sleep, shower and store your stuff at a reasonable price.

We travelled as a family of 5 to Osaka and stayed in this hotel because of the great price it offered. The hotel building is slightly old, but still comfortable. The family room we had was ok, there were two double beds and additional single bed that we requested. An LCD tv and a sofa was also tucked away in the corner. The room was of a decent size, but the decor was quite old. It had a very old, antiquated feel about it, but considering the great price, I was satisfied. The family room was clean and was pleasant nonetheless. Free Wi-Fi was provided. The staff are exceptionally friendly, as you would expect from the Japanese, but they have exceedingly limited English. I knew little Japanese, they knew little English so we had to employ some sign language to get our point across. Regardless, they were there to help, and were wonderful staff members. The staff gave free water bottles every day and we even had the luxury of choosing what water bottles we wanted. As with location, the hotel is slightly outside the main Osaka city. It is not exactly in the suburbs, but it is on the periphery little bit away from the city. You have to go all the way to Kawachi-kosaka station, which is a 15-20minute train ride from Osaka-Namba (the main Osaka station). Although you are out from the city, there is a McDonalds nearby as well as several 7-eleven/Family Mart convenience stores. Furthermore, there is a shopping complex with some restaurants and food outlets. Considering the price, this could be one of Osaka's best budget hotels. Overlook the location in proximity to the city and the staff's lack of English, you will find that the hotel would satisfy.

Travel from Kyoto to Osaka was almost an hour by train. Got off at Kawachi Kosaka Station, we were amazed at the surrounding. Quiet, a few people, shops around but no crowds. It was like you are in a different town! The hotel was just 2 short blocks from the station. The room for 3 is big, comfortable and very clean. We had 3 good size single beds, fresh sheets and local bathrobes. The bathroom is of good size. There is a big tv, no english channels as usual but I've seen a dispenser where one can buy a card perhaps to be able to use for viewing movies or programs. The surrounding areas is exciting to discover! A small Aeon Town Mall with everything you need! Fast food restos and a Pizza shop- Saizeriya (very reasonably priced & yummy dishes) and a lovely bakeshop. Across the street is a 7-11 store, further on the left a medium size local grocery that also sells cooked food. Try the Berry Ice Cream Pint- delicious at Y230. There are smaller food shops on all streets around the hotel. 3 small blocks away is a coin operated laundry operating until 12midnight. Just please, don't forget to bring your own SMALL packets of liquid or powder detergents. Y200 for 4.5 kilos of wash, Y200 to dry. Local bars with Karaokes also abound. It is so beautifully quaint after the crowds in Tokyo and Kyoto! Restful sleep at the hotel. With small fridge, water heater, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer packets. The amenities are good and so complete! They even have hair ties and hair brushes! I love their shampoo- so soft on the hair. From this train station, take local trains to Nara and Arashima and transfer trains to every destination. 7 stops to Namba (Dotombori) and even just an hour or so to Kobe. I like the hotel. It is not cheap actually, but worth it. They have a nice restaurant but we did not eat there. Across the hotel is a small restaurant they call The Canteen, serves breakfast of large toasts, fruit jam, a small salad and refillable coffee for Y350. Graciously served by a Japanese lady. This I've got to tell, the lady who cleans the rooms leaves a signed note, with her name, attesting that she cleaned the room for you! Great! A little thing though, a lot of guests smoke in the reception area.

The hotel was nice. Bathroom was clean. Check in was seamless as they are able to communicate clearly, nice staff. Free drinks and the room was spacious. A lot of nearby places to eat and convenient stores are all over the area. Train is like 5 min walk. Will definitely revisit ☺️

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The triple room we stayed was clean and comfortable. The price was cheaper than other hotel in this grade but it is a bit far from osaka-namba station. Osaka amazing pass doesnt include this line but kansai thru pass does. There are Family mart, SevenEleven and Aeon shopping mall near the hotel.

The hotel is easily identified once you come down from the Kawachi Kosaka station (Kintetsu Line), few stations away from the Namba station. The neighborhood is really quiet and there are a few restaurant/pub open until late night. Two convenient stall at 1 minute walking distance (7-11 and Family mart) and AEON supermarket is just right beside the hotel. Satisfy with the stay and do enjoy also a free bottle of water per day.

i was their for 2 nights , choose this hotel as it was nearer to my freinds place, very small rooms, price also reasonable compare to price, cleanliness is okay, staffs are good, only challnge is - they really struggle talking english, which was a crisis for me...but they tried their best with smile n sign languages....quite far from both major train station....
