We are located at Urban Deca Homes Condo Hernan Cortes, a strategic position to easily reach all the most attractive places of the city. (Oakridge Business Park, Ayala, IT Park, SM City Cebu and more).

The space
We have designed the space to be multifunctional. There are two separate rooms that convert during the day into lounge space living with days beds and at night convert into large double beds. All mattresses are composed of memory foam and super comfy.

In one of the rooms there are two bunk beds, a great space for kids. The space can be open plan or closed off for added privacy with functionality designed given the small space. We have also installed blackout curtains for all windows and blackout curtains for the bunk beds.

We have a full working kitchen with peninsula waterfall design for dining. The kitchen includes an oven, extraction fan with a light, custom designed sink and bench top counter space with bespoke cutting boards.

Total area of the apartment is 36 sqm. Each separate room has its own smart TV with free wifi. For added storage there is space under the day beds or wardrobes. Bathroom shower has hot water.

The front entrance is sound proofed for a quiet night's sleep. All doors within the apartment are sound proof designed.

For ambiance we have LED and dimmer switch lighting plus fairy lights in both rooms. Throughout the apartment we have natural pinewood flooring (NZ and Canadian pine). The bunk bed area is also made of all natural pinewood with LED lighting for added affect if preferred. The sensors for the LED lights in the bunk beds are located at the top end of each bunk bed fitted into the wood.

We have USB ports throughout the unit with multiple power sockets. There is a desk for working on a laptop with USB ports under the floating desk shelf.

If guests prefer to meet on entry thats recommended so we can provide some further info on the unit otherwise guests can simply pick up the keys in a lockbox located behind the window next to the front door. There is a 3 digit PIN number we will forward prior to arrival.

Guest access
This is to inform our guests that we don’t have free car parking but can offer paid parking inside the complex. Parking is Php 200 per 24hr period and simply pay cash on arrival (normal parking rate is Php 400 per 24 hr period but we have negotiated a discount rate for our guests) . Parking is directly in front of the unit within the complex safe and secure with 24 hour security guards. The management and body corporate is strict regarding parking inside the premises.

Please inform us ahead if you need a parking space for us to be able to secure a parking slot for you during your stay.

We do have multiple safe and secure FREE motor bike parking.

Other things to note
When converting the daybeds into double beds simply extend the base and lay down the daybed backing mattress, it's a custom measured fit.

All linens, pillows and duvets are in their rooms corresponding wardrobes.

The main room air conditioning unit is brand new and is enough to cool the entire apartment.

We have high speed internet access.

There are smart TVs in each room.

Bunk beds have ambient LED mood lighting with adjustable dimming and night light available for kids.
