There was nothing to like except clean bed. Shower went from cold to hot. Room was hot. Vents and lights in bathroom were grose. Curtain barely hung on.

It was never mentioned to me I needed a security deposit on a card. I was out of town and didn’t bring my cards. I had only cash and was unable to check in. Had to drive all the way back home . I want my money back

Dirtiest hotel ive ever been in. Evening receptionist plesant. Management would not refund a booking mistake & i was charged two nights which included my hotel.com points. NON REFUNDABLE POINTS!!

Do not honor your booking thru Hotels.com

I booked thru Hotels. Com this motel last weekend and last Thanksgiving(2024) weekend. Both times I booked a Non-Smoking Accessible room for my wife. Both times upon arrival I was told they did not have an accessible room available. They were able to give us a bottom floor non-smoking room however. I am a long time platinum Choice Hotels member and never have this issue. Always get what I booked. The price for this Days Inn is unbeatable in the area of Statesville NC but I do not feel I will be booking this hotel again thru Hotels.com simply because I have been denied the room I booked on line in advance thru Hotels.com now twice in a row.
