Kayaks are available free of charge however lifevests must be worn and all equipment must be secured after each use and returned in same condition.
Please keep all pets on a leash to prevent a fall in the Sound, it would be very difficult to get them out as the water drops off from the bulkhead.
Please pick up after your pets, refuse bags are available by the door in the boot box. We may ask for an additional fee if there is damage done by pet

Very nice for our two Frenchie's. Big yard. Lots of room to roam. Very nice and quiet. Traffic on the road was very light. not sure if a single vehicle went over 20 MPH. The fishing dock was great. Everything about this house is top shelf. Absolutely the best value for the money. Fully stocked kitchen, adult sized shampoo, kayaks and bicycles if you wish. Will definitely stay there again.
