We had a wonderful week at Pilots Villas. Cannot recommend it enough - location perfect and you can walk to plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Mama’s breakfast was fantastic. The whole family were welcoming and they want you to have a good time. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed and more - perfect.

“Relaxation Personified”

If your aim is to find peace, tranquility and relaxation… then don’t let the opportunity to spend a vacation at Pilot’s… We spent long hot days lazing by the pool and hours swimming in the crystal clear immaculately maintained waters… The whole complex is perfectly laid out and impeccably clean & pristine… This is a family run location and the hosts are polite, courteous and friendly without being “overbearing”… In all a “perfect haven of relaxation”

Absolutely loved staying here, it was so tranquil, relaxing and special. It had a calm and serene vibe from the moment we arrived.Such a warm welcome, Yiorgos and family couldn't do enough for us, they made us feel like welcome friends to their home. Beautiful rooms, perfect view and the ambiance of the whole place was breathtaking. The beds were super comfy, breakfast was perfect and you truly felt on holiday with total relaxation. The pool was warm, clean and inviting. Lunch was amazing too! Everywhere was spotless, rooms also cleaned daily which is a nice touch. We cannot fault this place at all, we are lucky to go on many holidays a year and this is the best place we have ever stayed. Didn't want to leave and we are returning in October. It is a haven of rest and relaxation owned and run by truly lovely people, Who's passion is to make your holiday memorable which they certainly did - 10 out of 10 on all areas!

Our 5th stay at Pilot’s and it’s still wonderful, in fact it gets better every year. The property is so well looked after by the Damianakis family as are all of their guests. Fantastic central location right in the heart of the village too. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

We didn't see anywhere else as good as Pilot's Villas. The pool is beautiful and the hosts friendly and kind. The is parking on site and lots of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. The village is just out of the main area which is good because it is quieter. There are supermarkets quite close and two convenience stores very close. Take a trip up to the plateau it's interesting. Take a look at Zeus' cave. Herakleion museum is definitely worth a visit (all the stuff from Knossos went there).

Fantastic!

Totally stress free stay - just what we needed. We were in one of the new studios. Really luxurious room with modern decor, satellite TV , air con, fantastic bathroom and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Pool and bar area is great. Pool is inviting and their is always a free sun lounger or comfortable chair to sit on.

We had a duplex room which didn't work. Some steps were over 1 foot (including one immediately outside the bedroom), no sockets, little or no wardrobe space, a safe access which mesnt you bumped your head, and the A/C went off when the balcony doors were opened. The room was at the top of a steep hiil, and the balcony view was poor, not good for their most expensive room type.

Wonderful apartments with incredible view

These apartments were brilliant - generous hosts who assisted us with all our needs. We had a fabulous apartment with clear views of the sea from our spacious balcony. Spotlessly clean and well maintained with a daily service - the gardens and pool area were stunning. It was great to be able to have the mini kitchen for light meal preparation when we wanted to stay in. The air conditioners worked brilliantly. It was in a great location with local restaurants and supermarkets all within 2 minutes walk away. Easy parking within the hotel was all inclusive.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay

We chose to stay at pilot's villas as we wanted a good quality accommodation in a quiet setting yet still be close to plenty of restaurants. We found the penthouse room to be perfect for our needs, a generous outdoor balcony/patio overlooking the garden and pool and a smaller balcony from the bedroom looking down to the sea. We found it all very quiet, clean, tasteful and attractive. The owners are very hands on and could not be more friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel and great location.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Couldn't ask for a better location so close to the tavernas - down the driveway and your there - 200 metres long lovely walk of restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely - the owners couldn't be more accommodating. Free welcome drink on arrival was a lovely touch. The pool is epic and never a problem getting a sun bed, in fact we had the same every day (almost a mutual respect between guests which is fab) The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette area and fridge along with a microwave. But there are so many lovely restaurants nearby we didn't use them :) Have already recommended to friends!
