This thoughtfully designed four-bedroom residence spans 3 spacious levels & sits right on the beachfront, offering uninterrupted views of the sea from every corner. Accommodating up to 9 guests, the residence is just steps from the unspoiled beach of Kokkini Hani and within walking distance of cafes,restaurants, & essential amenities.

Ground Level:
Open-plan living and kitchen area with direct outdoor access, and a comfortable dining area.
-Living room: 65" LG TV, spacious corner sofa.
-Kitchen: modern appliances, island with seating for 4.
-Full bathroom: double vanity, stand-up shower, BOSCH washer and dryer.


Bedroom 1:
-Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and twin-size bed (0.90m x 2.00m), a 32" LG TV, electric blinds, direct outdoor access.


First Level:
Bedroom 2:
-Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 32" LG TV, electric blinds, floor-to-ceiling closet, and a private balcony with sea views.


Second Level:
As you step out of the ground level, you will find the indoor staircase leading to the second level.

- Living Room: Large corner sofa, 65" LG TV, PS5, ethanol fireplace, Built-in speakers & high-end Bluetooth sound system.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances

-Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), a 32" LG TV, blackout curtains, floor-to-ceiling closet, private balcony.

Bedroom 4:
-Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), enclosed with thick blackout curtains for privacy. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity & stand-up shower.
-Work desk with chair, 32" LG TV, floor-to-ceiling closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a private balcony.

- Four sunbeds
