A beautifully located, charming residence with a summer pool offers a magnificent view over green olive tree groves, mountains and the sea. The place, set right in the middle of unspoiled nature, is a true oasis for up to 6 people, seeking privacy, recharging in the nature, proximity to the sea (7 km) and Heraklion airport (23 km). Located at the doorstep of spectacular 16 century stone-built monastery, the location is perfect for scenic walks, also to nearby villages.

The house (107 square meters) has large living area (including a dining and living space), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the bathroom Nr. 2 in en suite). The house has wonderful high wooden ceilings and wooden floors.
The outdoor terrace has a pool (7.5 x 3.5 meters), a barbecue, garden and a pergola. It is equipped for romantic dining (outdoor table and set of four chairs) or sipping wine while enjoying beautiful view (small table and set of chairs).

Prachtige villa en fijne gastheer!Mooi uitzicht en fijne rustige locatie. Snel in Heraklion, Malia, Agios Nikolas en Chersonisos centrum.Rethymnon ook goed te doen.20 minuten vanaf vliegveld Heraklion.Aanrader!
