Vacation home/bungalow with a spectacular ocean view, in a secluded location, and wheelchair-accessible

With village view, olive grove atmosphere and great view of the sea, this house is located on a private plot of 4000m2 on the north coast of Crete.

The floor plan in the form of a hexagon and absolute secluded location without neighbors make this bungalow something special. A partially covered terrace that leads around the bungalow and large windows or Glass fronts offer every guest their favorite place.

The bungalow with its 140m2 of living space is fully equipped and furnished with attention to detail. The pergola with a solid wooden table and benches invites you to eat outdoors or just to linger in a hammock. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are on one side of the general living room and are therefore spatially separated from each other.

The house was not built for rent and the owners live in it themselves in winter. Therefore, it is very cozy and designed with personal details.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
