Julies Apartment

Very noisy and unclean accomodation. Apartment right next to a big supermarket.Loading and unloading from 6:30 in the morning. Defective squeaking barrier continuously.Terrace directly bordering the main street.Electrical applinances greasy and sticky.Bathroom partly and negleted.The really positive thing was the beautiful beach right around the corner and the nearby bus station.Very nice hosts however, but they should mention aspects when renting.

Great Place

Awesome location right next to a market. Unit was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was an absolute blessing. The owner was readily available if needed. She was very knowledgeable of the local area and the island in general. The location was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely return here.

The property had everything that you needed, very comfortable and very clean

The owner Julie was at hand for everything, and nothing was to much trouble, lovely location very close to the beach, very nice restaurants. A car is not needed as everything is close by. The buses are very cheap, comfortable and reliable. A bus trip to Agios Nicolas is worth a visit very picturesque village with lots to see and do.and only cost €6 one way. Would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends and would also return.

Lovely spacious apartment, great location

Had a lovely stay, easy to find and travel about from, lots of amenities on your doorstep and great restaurants. V close to beach. Apartment is clean and large and lovely, and the grounds are well kept and pretty. Basically a really good location, no car needed but if you want one it's dead easy to arrange and v economical, and we had a lovely time thank you both for your hospitality!

we stay 24h , the house was very good, the communication with the owner was fast and efficient, close to supermarket and peach. the house itself clean. there is just a one air condition in the saloon but not in sleeping room. overall the experience was good.

Julie ist ein unglaublich engagierter Gastgeber . Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Leider ist das Apartment Nr.1 direkt zur SEHR stark befahrenen Straße ausgerichtet. Great Holiday in central crete

We had a very pleasant Vacation in Julie’s Apartment. Incredibly nice host with lots of Information and great tips for Trips around the island. AC in Appartement sufficient for good clima inside. Additional Plus: directly besides a supermarket and apothecary for good supply. Good restaurants in about 3-5 minutes per foot in good range.

Après 2 semaines passées près de Chania, nous avons réservé 3 nuits dans cette résidence. Julie et Mattaos sont très gentils et arrangeants. Les appartements sont très fonctionnel et très propres. La situation géographique permet de sillonner l'est de l'île. Julie est de très bon conseil sur les sites à visiter et les endroits où manger et prendre un verre à chaque fois. Ce fut un réel plaisir de les rencontrer et d'échanger avec eux.

La mia piccola vacanza a kokkini Hani

Ho passato una stupenda vacanza qui a Creta e anche a Kokkini Hani dove Matteo, il proprietario, ha saputo accoglierci e ospitarci in modo molto accurato. La pulizia della casa buona se non per alcune macchie sulle lenzuola. Appartamento vicino al supermarcato e ad alcune taverne tipiche del luogo. Da kokkini Hani si possono raggiungere facilmente molte mete, ad esempio Heraklion (la capitale), Ayos Nikolaos e anche Rethymno. Lo consiglio.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais idéalement placé, sachant que nous reprenions l'avion de lendemain, avec l'aéroport a une 10 aine de minutes + la plage à 100 mètres, dans une rue commerçante animée très sympa. La propriétaire est adorable, est très pragmatique et donne des renseignements très utiles et de bonnes adresses en peu de temps. Le logement est très coquet et très propre;

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils mais le bruit de la route juste devant ainsi que le couloir aérien nous ont vraiment dérangé pour pouvoir se reposer. Sinon nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
