Loved the island. Saw many turtles and sharks. Food was just OK, and there was no air conditioning which made sleeping at night difficult, but you can always sleep on the beach.

Scuba Diving: Good - short boat ride to most dive sites. Disappointing - water less clear than expectations. Great - Mantas, fish, many corals and critters. Reef Walking: Wonderful on all counts...but we did spend 3 1/2 hours circumnavigating the island looking into every coral head and following every splash. Rays, sharks, turtles, shells, clams and infinite other reef life. Hotel and Dive staff: Excellent Dining: Enjoyable and varied Rooms: Basic/Comfortable/Clean Helicopter Transfer: Excellent!!! Time of year: The hotel was at around 25% occupancy and we LOVED the space and calm. Suspect it would be completely different when full.
