Old renovated house, located in a quiet area within a fruit farm. The most precious, without doubt, are its wonderful views of the Hermigua Valley, the sea and Tenerife. You can enjoy the sun, nature and good weather in its wonderful terraces.
The house has everything you need for a stay of more than a week: In the kitchen there is a coffee maker, kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, crockery, etc. We always give our guests a minimum of soap, towels, sheets, even crib and throne for babies.

The services we offer are: free private parkin, television, hair dryer, electronic heating and free Wi-Fi.
The location of the house is perfect for people who love nature, the sea. You can find the beach of Santa Catalina, La Caleta and the natural pool of Hermigua
The nearest beach is only 10 minutes walk away, as is the nearest bus stop and the supermarket.

For hiking friends, consider that there are several roads near the house, in the municipality of Hermigua. Like the one that leads to the Garajonay National Park, a world heritage site.

Die Lage und die Aussicht von dieser FeWo sind traumhaft. Alles andere ist ganz schlicht und einfach

Für unsere Bedürfnisse war diese schlichte FeWo auf einer kleinen Finca am Südhang mit Meerblick und Blick in die Berge und ins Tal und unweit vom Zentrum und Einkausfmöglichkeiten der perfekte Aufenthaltsort in Hermigua. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Déception sur l'état général de la location

Bien située, le gite rural était propre, mais dans un état d'entretien très sommaire au niveau des espaces verts. Plomberie défectueuse à notre arrivée, qui a pu être réparée, mais qui n'avait pas été vérifiée. Aucun produit d'entretien, de toilette, aucun aliment de base (sel, poivre, sucre, fond de café...) à notre arrivée - gite entièrement vide.
