Thatched cottage adjoining the owners' second home located in the small village of Arbourg, in the heart of the Parc de Brière. Enclosed 170 m² garden with terrace.
Ground floor: living room (sofa bed and wood stove) with open kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190), 2: 2 single beds (90x190), shower room/toilet, mezzanine sleeping area (1 double bed (140x190)) accessible by a ladder.
Amenities included: freezer, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, complete baby equipment, hair dryer.
Included: electric heating.
Not included: sheets, towels/household linens, firewood, tourist tax, and cleaning fee (€65 - mandatory for business customers).

Maison très agréable et très jolie

Nous recommandons vivement cette adorable chaumière. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accommodants. Le village est très mignon et tout près de Guérande et La Baule. Deux petits jardins pour se relaxer. De beau murs en granit qui conservent le frais en été, et un insert pour se réchauffer le soir. Séjour vraiment très agréable!
