One of our favourite places to stay on our holiday. We liked the decor, the bathroom had underfloor heating and the staff were incredible, I can't say enough about them. They helped us book a cab for a very early ferry to orchid island and even made us a breakfast box the night before! My Chinese isn't very good but they were incredibly patient and spoke slowly. When we told them we just got engaged they decorated our room with flower petals and balloons. It's very close to the beach and they have a QR code at the front desk linking to nearby restaurants they recommend. Recommend it very highly and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we next come to Kenting.

A hotel with great view and location

Our stay was a 4 days 3 night one with a small kid. This was really a great stay with stunning view, cozy room and helpful staff. Waking up in the morning, seeing the bright blue sky and beach with clear water was truly amazing. The hotel was close to South Beach and it was very convenient for water activities. It was not far from Kenting Main Street which looking for food with car was easy.

Service was tip top for this hotel 👍 breakfast was included for all bookings and they were delicious! I was given the top floor which is on the 3rd but totally worth it with the sea view! It was walking distance to the beach and I could literally see people surfing from my balcony. Hotel also provided laundry service which I love! They will provide a bag for you to fill it up to the brim all at a fixed price to wash, dry and even folded all nicely and return it to you :) However, to note there are no lift access so if with huge baggages, you will have to carry them on your own to your room.

Cheated!

Lot of confusion when we checked in. I booked an ocean view room. but they only have partial ocean view room available. Turn out the room they saved for their guest is based on the cash price th guest paid. Except that the price we paid was reduced because we used a hotel.com's free night on this stay. Surprise to find that the free night cost is entirely on the hotel. Any way you cut it, the guest is on the short end of the stick.

Overall, it was a nice experience to stay in this hostel with the amazing ocean view! Particularly, the service is impeded and details oriented. However, the building itself is not in good condition as the frame of the balcony is rusted and the paint of the bathroom wall is peeling off. They have to improve the maintenance. We had a great day here! It was my birthday and the property set up the room with birthday balloons and free wine. The staff was friendly and would check your food taboos during check in. We booked the "Deluxe Oceanfront Room with Terrace"; the view was good but because the room is just by the roadside, it's quite noisy when we're at the balcony. The location is very convenient, just 3-minute walk to 7-11.
