Wonderful home! Great location to walk to downtown, microbrewery and new walking/biking trail. Kitchen was fabulous and had everything we needed. Beds, furniture and outdoor areas very comfortable.

Loved this place. Had everything we needed — well equipped and decorated. Enjoyed sitting on the comfortable outdoor patio furniture. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Quick walk to downtown and the Elks Lodge.

Stayed at the property for the Belgian Waffle Ride in Hendersonville. Perfect location, great property and easy to access. Loved it and will be back

Fantastic visit

This was an especially nice cottage to stay. It is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. A beautiful yard and neighborhood that is minuets from Main Street. A very nice stay that we enjoyed thoroughly. Would definitely stay again.

What a treat!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The Historic Blythe Cottage is wonderful in every way- I felt it was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The place was so clean and welcoming, it had every amenity you could ask for and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Most of all I appreciated the warm and personal communication from the host Julie. Will definitely stay here again.

Always a pleasure. This was our third stay here,. Lovely home, perfect neighborhood, location. We love Hendersonville‘s small-town feel, restaurants, and variety of shopping.

Great annual visit!

We’ve stayed here previously — loved it before, loved it again! Lovely, comfortable location very close to downtown Hendersonville. Property manager is very easy to work with, very responsive. We’ll be back in 2024.

Lovely Home & Great Location!

What a perfect place to stay for our visit to Hendersonville and surrounding area! We felt so comfortable staying here with no issues whatsoever. The attention to detail and all the nice little touches throughout the home made this place extra special! I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. The location is close to the downtown area restaurants and shopping, as well as getting out of town for day trips!

Perfect Escape!

We enjoyed a break from the heat and the busyness of life. The house has everything you need and was extremely clean:) The patio was perfect for grilling and reading…so relaxing! We will be back!

We were visiting for Christmas and had a wonderful experience with this property. The house is meticulously maintained—cute and cozy! We appreciated the holiday decorations that were added. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!

Great location, neat cottage

Blythe Cottage was perfect for a weeklong stay in Hendersonville. Great neighborhood, perfect for walking and close to town. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen appliances new. The outside seating area is nice and somewhat protected from rain. My only knock might be that living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable.

WNC Mountain Retreat

We had a wonderful time in Hendersonville. There is so much to do! The house is superb with many great amenities and supplied with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the downtown. The host was easily accessible and very pleasant. We can't wait to return. This home is outstanding!

Fabulous friends' getaway

Everything about this place was perfect for us. The house is so charming. We loved the covered outdoor gathering spot, the huge kitchen, the spotlessly clean bathrooms, and the super comfy beds. The location couldn't have been better for Main Street shopping and dining as well as short drives to the local wineries, apple orchards, and other charming little towns. We loved it so much, we hope this trip will become an annual event. Highly recommend.

Celebrating 90 years of life

This was a perfect cottage to celebrate my father-in-law's 90th birthday. It was a daylong celebration with home cooked foods that are his favorites. The home is beautifully decorated with wonderful gathering places both inside and out. We will definitely return!

Girls trip

We chose Blythe Cottage due to it’s walking distance to town. We walked to shops and restaurants in downtown Hendersonville. The town is quaint and happening especially on the weekend. The house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty of room for us three ladies. I would absolutely recommend this lovely home!

Fall Getaway

My wife and I were joined by my daughter and family, which included a 2 and 4 year old. The house and amenities were great. The beds are awesome. I would say medium walk to downtown Hendersonville which we did a number of times (kids in a wagon). Close to Jeters Apple Orchid which is one of the best we have been to, get there as close to 10 when they open as possible. We will do this trip again.

Amazing vacation home!

I have stayed in many properties over the years. Highlands, NC, Destin, St George, etc and this place topped em all. This place had everything you could hope for. Instructions, amenities, safe and cute area. If you ever want to spend some time in Hendersonville, NC, I would try to get this spot. Julie was such a great host. Full of suggestions and answers. We will 100% be back!

Best of the Best!

Immaculately clean! Judy took great care of us. Her personal Christmas touches and decorations kept the Holiday Spirit alive for our stay. This lovely cottage has everything you need. The cozy family room with a fireplace, outdoor seating area, and firepit made for some great family times. The kitchen is fully equipped, yes, fully! The beds lived up to the rave reviews they had received from others! Hendersonville has lots to offer... Shopping and eateries. Brevard is nearby with the same. Caesars Head, Chimney Rock, Triple Falls, High Falls, and more just Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Perfect spot during difficult time

I was traveling alone with my daughter, so I was seeking a place that felt safe and secure. My first step inside this house, I knew this was exactly the right place. It is beautiful and spotless! The beds were amazingly comfortable and I literally felt at home while I waited to help my daughter through a difficult time. It was so much better than a hotel. I also have to say that the property manager was incredible, very communicative and supportive - especially considering that I was in the house as hurricane Helene hit. I was scheduled to leave that day but the storm made it too dangerous. The manager and the house truly made a difference during what was already a difficult week. I'm so happy I chose this place to stay!
