We have stayed at this location in the past but we found the hotel rooms have had a face lift and we're pleased with the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the beds were. Reasonably priced. We booked online and paid ahead to get the best price. Quick check in and out. Complementary breakfast includes more than just pastries and cereal.

The place is quiet after a long day you don't want to hear loudly drivers nearby, well this is one of those secluded place to rest, lots of trees and they just did a whole renovation so the place is even better

This is a very nice hotel. It was undergoing renovations, but the hotel went out of its way to minimize the disruption for guests. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and amenities were nice. The breakfast was generous... eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, etc.

This stay was horrible. The bed had hair (like from a shaved thick beard) on the blanket and sheets, hair in the tub, on the toilet. The breakfast setup person was dragging around in bedroom shoes, ragged pants, and dirty hoodie rolling her eyes at visitors and confrontational to multiple people. "Call my manager if you want, you'll see". Refused to open at established breakfast time- "we open when I says". "I 'own even know, I 'own even know". I told her she needed to quit raising her voice to people. Obviously this is her routine, accepted behavior supported by management. No hot water by the way after 6:30am so don't expect a hot shower. Did we talk to the manager? Heck no- were more afraid that our room or vehicle may get tampered with during our stay ....that's how bad this place looks.

We stopped here on the way for a longer trip. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The price was a bit high for what I expected but the staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast was good.

The hotel is very convenient to Interstate 85. The staff was very friendly and gave us a good recommendation for food. The room was clean - lighting could have been better (I am a reader) and 1 lamp had a broken switch so I had to plug it in to read and then unplug it. The breakfast was good - had a variety of foods (cheese omelet, sausage, various breads for toasting, waffles, yogurt, a variety of fruit, juices, coffee, tea).

I do NOT like stopping at unfamiliar hotels while traveling, but due to severe weather and time of night - we stopped here on our way to Virginia. The hotel is old, but actually pretty nice. I asked for a room with two beds. We were given a room with a king bed AND a queen bed AND a partition between the beds. Nice!!! Again, the hotel is not new, but it was clean, quite and served a purpose. There was a free continental breakfast, that I would say was pretty weak - we weren't interested - but had we needed breakfast that would have been a one star.

The overall hotel was ok. But the customer service and communication is less hen desirable. I requested a late checkout which was granted for 1pm. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9, called me at 11 to see if I was checking out. Called again at 1pm and I said I needed 5 minutes to jump in the shower. Housekeeping Manager told me "YOU DO NOT HAVE TIME TO TAKE A SHOWER" basically get out now! So much for hospitality! Lack or customer service training and poor communication.

The Comfort Inn & Suites was outstanding in accommodations and customer service! Ms. Glenda was awesome!!! I recently held two very special events there: My Wedding & Landmark Birthday Celebration! She went above & beyond to ensure every request was honored in a timely manner along with her entrusted staff members. This hotel was the perfect avenue to host these events. The location was an added asset as well due to family & friends residing nearby and for the ones traveling afar; easily accessible from Interstate 85. I will always have fond memories to cherish at this well managed property. Thanks a BUNCH!!!

Gwendolyn was great. She was prompt and very nice. I enjoyed my visit at the hotel. She was very professional and sweet. She even got to know my family and friends by face. She exceeded my expectations and I will be back soon
