Sorry Radisson. Your hotel is outdated, rooms not that clean and most of your carpets smell like .... Could have been an older American Highway place. But the worst is still your restaurant. Food is boring, you try to be fancy but then you need to prepare the food in a decent way. Checking in took far too long. Do I really need to go for breakfast tomorrow? The only good thing, giving one Star too many, was the Napue gin. That is always good, but it comes in a bottle, so you cannot spoil it;)

I'm disappointed of this hotel since I did not get the discount on my food and drinks as a gold member. I was 3 nights in this hotel and due to the location I had 3 dinners at the hotel. It's too far to go anywhere else. When checking out I was denied the 15% discount due to the fact I had not told the waitress when signing the bill to my room. When checking out the guy in the reception was totally unwilling to accommodate me. Next time I will stay downtown Helsinki instead. Stefan Z

I visited hotel in september 2017. Room was very small were I stayed and there was some renovation on-going while I was there. Noice was annoying. Also I noticed that hotel had charged me an extra 5€ for some reason. I did not use anything from the minibar and to be honest, I am even not sure if there was even minibar in my room. I just noticed that after, I received my creditcard bill, so that was quite irritating issue.

This was a well run operation. Check in and check out was really fast. The room was very clean. Ordering a taxi was really fast and simple. The restaurant was run very nicely and made great pancakes. Great.

Arriving at the hotel there were some constructions at the entrance that was blocked. Finding the reserve entrance not very well signed. Well inside personnel nice and serviceminded. The room needs better cleaning and a little facelift for floors and sofas. Big and comportable beds a big plus, though. Breakfast good, but personnel forgot to fill up more when something ran out. Furnitures in restaurant/breakfastroom shabby. Surroundings good for walks.

The hotel is undergoing major renovation work, but still manage to function seamlessly. Breakfast was really good, opportunity for morning sauna and swim was a plus. Room was comfortable and you can ask special pillow based on your requirements. All staff especially the housekeepers were really nice and professional.

We were visiting Aalto University with a group at the end of February. Campus is comfortably in a short walking distance. Must be nice to enjoy the seaview without icy cover from spring until autumn. I enjoyed my night sleep, because I liked the pillow very much. Good breakfast, as well!

Hotel advertises it has bike for the visitors, but they don't maintain them. My bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, there was some stains on the toilet seat. The hotel has very nice breakfest, with possibility to squeez your own fres orange juice..

The hotel is located in a quiet area, there are around 20min drive to the center of Helsinki. The whole location looks a little bit used and old, but everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly - nothing to complain about. And the breakfast buffet is outstanding indeed. The only reason I give this hotel not a better rating is because there is no Business Lounge at all - but this is necessary for a typical business hotel. No question - the staff is helpful and lets you work in the bar the all day day if you wantb - but a real Business Lounge would be better of course.

Not the best. Not the worst. A fair business hotel that might have an upside due to the location in the warmer months. A slightly smelly, poorly ventilated bathroom, over-cooked and slightly cold breakfast items and an understaffed front desk. The good. We had dinner here (my expectations were pretty low after the first day's stay) which was actually rather good overall, though - again - I had chicken that was so thoroughly cooked you could have been charged by the police with possession of a lethal weapon. The lack of a gym was also a negative. This would be overcome in the warmer months by a good walking/running path around the islet but in Winter...
