I really enjoyed my stay here. The desk clerks can be rather unobservant. I waited for 15 minutes while two ladies spoke, drank water, looked at their personal phones, and ignored me. I was finally served by the male attendant who had been working on something else. I fear he offered help because he saw others coming in and waiting. Overall, great clean room, good service (other than the one mentioned), and fabulously friendly.

I have to travel to Helsinki several times a year, due to work but also for social reasons. This is my favourite hotel in Helsinki, due to the stylish but still relaxed and comfortable athmosphere, great breakfast, beautiful rooms and convenient location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Last time they even upgraded me to Sky Loft! :)

A good hotel at a great location. Trying to be a bit more upscale than it manage to pull off. Meeting venue are well equipped but the old building makes for rather small rooms with low amount of possible daylight. (Small windows) Food is good and meet expectations, not more. Nice rooms of a good enough size.

Consider convenient location. 10mins walk from railway station. Took train to Hesingfors and walk to hotel. Room is small, only 1 large luggage to open at a time. Room inclusive bff. Bff selection adequate, tasty. Front desk staffs are always busy on phone. They are quite friendly. Tuscani restaurant at entrance did simple Italian food. Should try it!

I have stayed in Klaus K due to a meeting organized in the hotel. I found it very comfortable, sleek and very stylish. It is almost all about efficiency a with a special touch. My room was very proper, very functional and comfortable. The amenities are also very proper and not those cheap ones, which I really dislike and get disappointed even in many ambitious hotels. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with a touch of Finnish kitchen yet quite diverse and not generic at all. As a summary I really enjoyed my short stay in Klaus K a lot...

I was recently in Helisinki attending a conference - stayed at this hotel for six days and had a mix-match experience. First on the location, it is not exactly in the heart of city center, more on the edge of downtown area but still very convenient to walk to everything. Public transportation (two tram lines) is right in front of the hotel so super convenient if you rely on them to get around. Hotel facade is classic and old world looking, charming to say the most but it does feel a bit outdated. Reception is on 2nd floor and depending on who you interact with at the front desk, some are courteous but not all of them are friendly. Guestroom is spacious and there is ample space to move around; room decor feels a bit funky and frankly speaking quite dark; bathroom slightly on the tepid side - clean but the whole design feels awkward. No room upgrade regardless my Platinum status, which is understandable due to hotel being fully booked. Breakfast was included in the price and food selection was OK but qualify is quite average. Food qualify at my previous hotel in Frankfurt right before Klaus K is far more superior. Overall the experience was fair, I simply can't consider this a 5-star or even 4-star hotel, it is 3.5-star max on my rating. I am sure there are much better rooms and other people probably had way better experience than me, but considering how expensive the price is and the room I received, Klaus K did not turn out to be the best experience for me.

This hotel exudes all the character, charm and stylish boutique vibe of hotels that belong to the DESIGN HOTELS chain of accommodations. Given the price we paid and proximity to all attractions & public transport - this is a great value for money. The coolest part was they even had an ACOUSTIC GUITAR in the room representing the ‘CHARACTER’ that was tied to the room(each room in this section had a ‘character’ like ‘Pedro’ tied to it) which was sweet. LOCATION: Excellent location - close to the central station and walkable from all points of interest DINE + DRINK: Sweet lobby level Restaurant, but no good bar on site. The italian restaurant at the ground level seemed packed too, so must be good ROOM: We stayed in 626 - which was a SKY LOFT - , so this review is based on that; VIEW: basic view of the city ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Spa quality cosmetics that were mindblowing FACILITIES: Pretty decent Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the front desk staff HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages

Be more careful with hotel made reservations of taxi. It cost for me 50 Eur to go from the hotel to Expo and Convention Center. For comparison to go to Expo from the airport cost around 32 Eur. Hotel is on average.

We just spent a night here and everything worked fine. Came by car and parking was just under the hotel, barely no walking (maybe 5m). 20% discount as a hotel customer so 8€ was pretty cheap. Good room (Passion double) and good breakfast. Nicely taken care of green environment, for example if you don't need cleaning they donate the expenses of cleaning to help Baltic sea.

The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The WiFi would cut out every 5 minutes. The TV set was very small, English programming was extremely limited and poor, and Netflix was unavailable. No tea/coffee in the room. Only one chair in the room. Tissue box was always refilled with like 5 sheets of tissue paper! Hotel location was excellent. Room was very clean. Bathroom had a nice bathtub. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous.
