Welcome to your vacation home in the Westerwald. Enjoy the light-flooded wooden house directly on the edge of the forest with all its comfort and its large garden, instead of an impersonal hotel room.

Our quiet and lovingly furnished holiday home is located on an 825 m² area, protected by a fence (therefore ideal for small children and dogs). In the middle of nature you can take a break from everyday life. You can prepare your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen or use the grill on the terrace. Our sleeping area invites you to dream. Additional guests can relax on the large sofa bed. In the garden house, sauna lovers get their money's worth and round off your relaxation and recreational program.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and in the garden!

There are a variety of hiking trails and swimming lakes around the house.

Horse lovers will have fun in the horse farm just 500 meters away.

Montabaur with its beautiful old town and picturesque castle is 10 km away. There you will find a large fashion outlet center directly at the ICE train station.

The historic cathedral city of Limburg an der Lahn with its beautiful old town takes about 25 minutes.

Koblenz, the city on the Rhine and Moselle, is also only 30 km away. From there you can explore the castles of the Middle Rhine Valley with excursion boats. In particular, you should visit the old town of Koblenz. A must for many is a ride on the gondola from the Deutsches Eck across the Rhine to the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.

You can easily reach the holiday home in 10 minutes from the A 3 or A 48.
The ICE train station Montabaur is only 10 km away.

Heerlijke week in het Westerwald

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het vakantiehuis van Harald en Astrid. Het huis was super schoon en gezellig ingericht. Onze hond heeft echt kunnen genieten in de mooie, ruime tuin. Vanuit de tuin liepen we zo het bos in, dat was ideaal. We hebben verschillende mooie wandelingen in de omgeving gemaakt. Echt een aanrader!

Wir waren für einen 6-tägigen Kurzurlaub im Haus von Astrid und Harald. Die wichtigsten Kriterien waren für uns die Nähe zum Wald für schöne Gassirunden mit dem Hund sowie die Sauna zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sauna im separaten Gartenhaus war ein Traum. ...haben Harald und seine Frau geschaffen! Alles blitzblank und tip-top gepflegt! Die Gastgeber haben sich bis in die letzte Ecke Gedanken gemacht und das Haus liebe- und sinnvoll eingerichtet. 14 Tage Erholung waren einfach traumhaft

Zwar hätte das Wetter besser sein können, aber dank der gemütlichen Sauna konnten wir die Kälte wunderbar überbrücken. Das Westerlandlied, der Wind bläst so kalt hat definitiv seine Berechtigung trotzallem ,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle Tage

Meine Mutter, unsere zwei Hunde und ich haben dieses wundervolle, mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Schwedenhaus, für 5 Tage gemietet. Von der Schlüsselübergabe, bis zum Verlassen des Hauses waren wir rundum zufrieden. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist unter anderem die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Wald gelegen, kann man von dort aus tolle Gassirunden oder Wandertouren starten. Zu dem Haus gehört ebenfalls eine, in einem separaten Häuschen, eingerichtete Sauna, welche zum Entspannen einläd und auch hier fällt einem die Sauberkeit gleich ins Auge. Fazit: Ein wunderschönes Schwedenhaus, in perfekter Lage...zum Wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank

Schöne Tage im Westerwald

Wir haben wunderbare und vor allem erholsame Tage in dem gemütlichen Schwedenhaus verbracht. Alles war perfekt... incl. der Küchenausstattung mit schönem Geschirr und Gläsern. Alles prima!

Wir waren mit unserer Hündin für 1 Woche vor Ort. Wir haben uns alle 3 vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Häuschen ist spitze und der Garten mit so viel Liebe angelegt, einfach toll. Der Garten grenzt direkt an den Waldweg, was die Morgenrunde mit dem Hund doch sehr komfortabel gestaltet hat. Es ist sehr ruhig und für ein paar entspannte Tage in einer schönen Umgebung perfekt. Mein Highlight war die Sauna auf dem Grundstück. Die Vermieter und die Nachbarschaft allesamt entspannt und freundlich. Das war unser 1. Urlaub mit Hund und wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Gerne wieder!
