This holiday villa is suitable for 6 people. The naturally tranquil park in central Limburg offers a relaxed atmosphere. The holiday home is made of wood and has a lovely terrace with a view of the water and the beach. Enjoy wonderful summer evenings on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Your pets are also welcome in this holiday home. The living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The 3rd bedroom and a separate toilet are located on the 1st floor. The spacious bathroom invites you to relax.





The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water. In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maas lakes, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. Here you can go sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and swimming. Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn. You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht. Visit the Toverland theme park in Sevenum with your children. This amusement park is interesting all year round as a large number of attractions are covered. Also enjoy a trip to the GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, one of the most beautiful zoos in the Benelux.

Lekkere week vakantie gehad met ons gezin (5p). Huis heel mooi en ruim, schoon en compleet (wel alleen grote pannen). All in prijs zeer gewaardeerd en zorgt er extra voor dat je Park vergane glorie, alles dicht, slecht onderhouden, komt allemaal niet heel uitnodigend over. Alhoewel je primair niets

Nicht schlecht, aber insgesamt zu teuer

Freundlicher Empfang, tolles Haus, idyllische Lage! Man merkt nur leider, dass es ausschließlich vermietet wird. Küchenaustattung ist zu viert schon etwas spärlich, die Möbel teilweise deutlich mitgenommen, die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig, aber nicht besonders liebevoll. Das tolle große Bad sticht positiv hervor. Sanitäre Einrichtungen und Küche waren sauber, im Wohnbereich fanden sich aber noch deutliche Spuren des Vormieterhundes. Echtes Highlight für uns waren der Kicker und die Terasse direkt am Wasser. Der Park als solches hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, und der See macht das ganze sehr malerisch, zum baden oder gar schwimmen ist er leider gänzlich ungeeignet. Sehr flach und matschig. Eigentlich kein schlechtes Urlaubsdomizil, alles in allem erschien uns der Preis aber nicht angemessen. Vielleicht, wenn man zu 6t reist.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Haus am See

Leider ist der See nicht voll, d.h. der Wasserspiegel ist stark gesunken. Er ist nur noch 20-30 Zentimeter tief. Dafür sind Roermond und Maastricht in der Nähe. Die Maas lockt auch zu Ausflügen mit dem Rad.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am See war für uns perfekt. Allerdings war nur sehr wenig Besteck im Haus. Mit 5 Messern macht man nicht viel.
