Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on north high street in Heber springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it!

It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access.

Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it.

We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

The construction on this beautiful house was completed Summer of 2023. It's a very large and spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house with a large 2 car garage.

The back porch on this house will really bring you close to nature. It's a very relaxing place for your morning cup of coffee.

With this house you will get a fully furnished kitchen. Do you want to cook? You're covered. Do you want to go out to eat and bring home leftovers? You're covered. Plenty of room in the refrigerator and a microwave to warm it up.

Don't forget, at High N Heber you get VIP parking right in the large 2 car garage. Do you have a electric car to charge? You're cover! Just bring your adapter!
We have left one garage remote for you to use as your own during your stay. Please don't forget to leave it on the counter when you check out.

This house was built specifically for short term rental. We hope you enjoy everything brand new in this house including all of the large smart TV's.

Nasty! All sheets were dirty(and no laundry detergent), not cool when you’re arriving at 2am and nothing is open. There was dog pee in the floor and on the bed, & dirty toilet. House was nice, just needed cleaned! Check in was easy. Location was good.

This rental was in a good location. It was close to everything yet private. It had just the amount of beds we needed, and we were glad there was a king room. The garage was a bonus, especially since it rained most of our stay.

The house is very nice! There was six of us and everyone liked it. 1 bed was a little too firm but that is also an individual preference. The host is very nice and does his best to accommodate you!
