Very nice staff and clean room
The folks running this were very nice and helpful. The best breakfast in town shares the same parking lot and is a quick walk away! Nice, will stay here again.
There was a bug in bathtub a dirty spot on the down side of bedspread Tv wasn't plug into wall Some of the staff didn't know how to do things Pool and spa out of order Parking at nite was hard to find To much noise at nite with doors slaming all the time
The close proximity to walking downtown is a plus for this motel. We went in a half hour early to check in time just to make sure they had our reservations. We were told they only had one room available for the night and it was on the second floor of the motel. I told him that we like the rooms across from the office because we enjoy sitting outside, he told me nothing clean on that side. After lengthy discussion with two other employees, in a foreign language I was told there was one room open but it would not be ready till 3pm, He only spoke English when speaking directly to me, I felt a bit awkward about that. Ice machine broken, one vending machine broken and if you had a need or a question nobody available at front desk. There was a number to call for service. Outside of motel not well kept. Room was ok. Breakfast was pretty much 2 kinds of cold cereal.

Hotel desk wanted $20 extra per pet per night. I went for breakfast 10 Minutes after 9:00am. Nearly cold coffee in a pump pot, no percolator. Fridge had OJ, lemonade and milk for cereal. Two kinds of cereal. Good Bagels and English muffins, unappetizing sweet rolls looked like they came out of a wrapper. No cream cheese or jelly/jam, butter only. No fruit. Room A/C ran on one speed only. Room fridge was cold, a plus! WiFi, with computer in the lobby.
the beds and pillows are hard and bed squeaks, the pool needs updating and water flow around the pool make large puddles to germs to fester needs updating
While this is not the fanciest hotel, the staff is wonderful and the price is right. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a great stay.
Needed an inexpensive place to stay before a bike race. This place did just fine.
We wanted something close to the middle of town. Location was good.
The hotel and room was clean, but there was a moldy smell in the entrance and hallway. Staff was nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast was ok. I've had better and much worse. Coffee was very good.
Not an upscale place by any means. The room was clean but breakfast is donuts, bagels, and two stale cereals. Their customer service is spiraling downwards. When I checked in, he announced my room number for all to hear in the lobby. And in the morning, the woman barely could speak English and made me wait until she was done setting up at 6:15 before I could check out. Business trip otherwise I wouldn't have stayed.
Will be back. Great value for $. Wife and I were close to Bermidji so got to go to shops and see several fireworks shows.
No lights outside of the rooms and l slipped on the ice then l woke up to no hot water. Horrible hotel.
The deadbolt didn't work, the door was misaligned, Had to fix the sink knobs myself, toilet plugged and never resolved, no hot water - couldn't shower and heating system rattled all night. TERRIBLE.
This met my needs perfectly and was priced reasonably. I was happy with my stay.

sorry about your inconvenience , pool pump was not working and it was weekend so we can not have it fixed but we will defiantly working on it and i hope you give us chance to give you better service next time. remember your business is very important for us. your feedback give us right things to provide better service to our guest.

we do apology about your experience, we were sold out at that day so we couldn't accommodated you there. our ice machine is not working but we have put the sign for ice at front desk. our check inn time is 3 pm , so that what we promised you to get your room ready while busy time. so we tried our level best to accommodate you. but still please let me make your reservation so i will help you for that. thank you
