Hickory House Inn

Can't beat price but needs some maintenance

I stayed at this hotel to see the Great Eclipse. Despite the demand for housing near the path of the eclipse, it was very reasonably priced. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. However, the place needs to address some maintenance issues. I can't speak to the rest of the rooms, but the shower did not work in mind - there was no lever to redirect the water from the bathtub spigot to the shower. The plate that normally houses such a lever simply had a smooth plate over it. I can't believe the owners don't know this. Whether or not they do, it should be addressed.

Americas Best Value Inn Blytheville

Passing through Blytheville Arkansas

Room was comfortable, clean and mostly updated. Hotel Manager was very proactive (rather than reactive) and asked me where he could improve the hotel. I suggested that the bathtub drains be periodically cleaned and checked for hair / dirt build up as mine was slow draining. He wanted to let me know that tv & data cables were going to be moved inside walls and not exposed. I could not get on the hotel wifi despite having the password. Staff was friendly & accommodating.

Days Inn Kennett

Right in Town

The Hotel was comfortable for a short stay if you are not planning on staying in the room. It wasn't the best place, but not the worst! It is right in town across from shopping, fast food and the small airport. Easy to find and move about! Recommend for a quick stay.

Fairview Suites

not so friendly

everything was fine until checkout time the next morning. multiple phone calls to room by three different staff members between 10:15 and 11:40a. The last two calls were actually rude, intimidating and threatening.
