The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful...absolutely no complaints there. The facilities really just left you wanting more for the cost. This is in regard to room #231, a double bed suite.
The room was clean and ready for us. However, the two main switches that should have controlled lighting, didn't operate anything; we had to walk into the dark room to manually switch on the lights in the room in the various corners. One of the outlets was missing a faceplate. (That wasn't an issue for us because our kids understand not to play with that kind of stuff, but not all kids do.)
Lastly, the toilet had very weak flushing power and I ended up having to go borrow a plunger to fix it during our stay.
The kitchenette was spacious but completely un-stocked, except for one pan. There weren't any utensils, plates, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, sponge or anything else...and I mean absolutely nothing else! With a kitchenette, I assumed there would be something available...at least other suites I've been in have had some things in them.
Short story long, we probably will choose another hotel next time.
