You’ll have plenty of room to settle in — with a double garage and extra parking out front for additional cars, a boat, or all your beach gear, getting in and out is a breeze.

Step inside and you’re welcomed by sleek, polished concrete floors that guide you into the heart of the home. Just off the entry is the master bedroom — a peaceful retreat featuring a super king bed, walk-in robe, and a modern ensuite stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Next, you’ll find a second lounge — a cosy, private space with a smart TV and soundbar, ideal for quiet time, kids' movies, or a little extra room to spread out.

The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the hub of the home — light-filled, stylish, and made for relaxing together.
