The clerk tried to put us in ‘the annex,’ away from the main hotel. Room was filthy and smelled of old smoke. Curly hairs and fresh stains in the bathroom. Very disappointing for the brand. I’ll think twice about choosing Best Western in the future.

We drove all afternoon-evening and finally got to our room late to get some rest. At 8am the housekeeping gentleman knocked on our door and informed him we were going to be there until 10:45 to utilize all the time given before check out to take our time to get ready after a long drive the day before. From 8am until we left the housekeeping knocked on our door 6 times rushing us and he had no respect or courtesy and he said “your my last room to clean so I really need you guys to leave” and check out time was 11am. We felt rushed, disrespected and it was very inconvenient when starting off a good day. It was probably because I was Native American. I will never stay here again!!!!!!

Worthwhile Stay

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff service was good. Only issue was check in time said 3pm, and we showed up at 3:30pm and was informed room was not ready, and to come back in an hour. So, we went to a casino and had some luck, fortunately. But, I could see this as an inconvenience to folks that may have travelled a long distance away.

Very Very LOUD all night. Trains coming and going all night from an apparent train station right behind the building. I got zero sleep and was left with a headache and ringing ears. Great Hotel in a horrible location!!

Original room was dirty. Had to be moved to a different room. Second day of our stay our key cards didn't work. Major hassle getting new ones as we were in a unit across the street from the main hotel. Clerk was a bit annoyed when we needed new keys.

Reasonably priced and clean. Good size pool, and wonderful breakfast room. Only downside is that it close to the main street and railroad tracks, so the noise level is not great.

Not the best experience

We were in the annex rooms down the block. The room was not clean in many areas and the smoke detector was beeping most of the night. The blanket on the bed was so light we had to take all the sheets and blankets from the other bed to stay warm. Not a good experience
