I didn't like the fact that there was no elevator. It was not set up for handicap people except in the pool area. There was no handicap rooms and climbing stairs to second floor was painful and dangerous.

A good place to stay

On a trip across Washington, Idaho and Montana this was the best place we stayed. It was also clean! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room we had was not carpeted, which I am a fan of no carpet. Will stay here again.

Always a great stay in Havre. Morning clerk was friendly as was the lady managing the breakfast room. The clerk at our initial check-in could’ve been a bit more professional and returned to the desk to answer our questions instead of continuing to vacuum and remind us of the check-in time which we knew when we made reservations and was posted on the wall. We just wanted to check if it was posssible to check in early. Otherwise, we love AmericInn in Havre and would stay again.

Bathroom has no ventilation and is full of black mold. Beds are older, hard and blankets are paper thin. When I told the front desk agent about the mold he said they are "aware and do their best to clean it".

Beautiful hotel. Maybe remodel because while nice the pool did not appear to be as new. Breakfast was by far the cleanest and had the most options of the several we visited on this trip. Very nice young man was overseeing it and it was the first time I tipped at a hotel breakfast because he was so friendly and conscientious out everything being right for his customers. Highly recommend a stay here.

Traveled to havre for a wedding, as for my experience, property was clean and well kept. Was a late night so late check in. Walking up to the door could see the Stuff member standing at the desk and then ran off as soon as I got to the door. Front doors are locked after 11pm which is fine, but had to look all over the foyer to see they had a phone to open the door. Pre checked in so that was fast, stuff member did smell heavy of cigarettes. Room I stayed in was clean had lot of plumbing and Ice machine noises. Tv was decent, bathroom was good. Bed was awful felt like concrete with a mattress topper on it. Disappointed due to I looked to a more expensive hotel in town for comfort after a long day.
