Maison normande vue mer

Séjour agréable dans belle maison normande ancienne sur 4 niveaux avec jardin clos. Vue panoramique / vue mer depuis le salon et 3 chambres sur 5. Proximité immédiate de la plage de galets à pied avec quelques commerces. Dieppe à 5-10 mn en voiture. Au rdc, cuisine et garage. Électroménager vieillissant (cafetière, plaques, lave vaisselle, four) qui ne facilite pas la préparation des repas pour 10. Grande table pour manger à 10. Vaisselle en quantité, dépareillée et peu pratique pour la cuisson. Toile d’araignée dans la sur vitre du four! Grand salon au 1er avec salle à manger, table un peu serrée pour 8, possible à 6. Radiateurs qui chauffent peu (séjour en février). Balcon dans la salle à manger. Au 2e étage, deux belles chambres doubles dont une avec balcon, lavabo et douche. Salle de bains avec baignoire à l’étage. Prévoir de décaler les douches pour avoir de l’eau chaude pour 10. Pare douche à changer. Au dernier étage, une chambre double avec lavabo, Wc et balcon. Deux petites chambres avec vieux velux sans vue mal isolés. Une avec deux lits simples et une avec lit double et lavabo. Les deux dernières chambres sont petites, mansardées, adaptées pour des enfants. Attention, escaliers peu adaptés pour les personnes âgées (deux étages entre la cuisine et les premières chambres). Tout est un peu vieillot mais pour un séjour en Normandie en famille ou entre amis, on s’y fait, la maison reste très agréable.
