I only stayed one night, the breakfast in the morning was ok, but there was no hot food on the buffet, so you had to order it, which I was not told about. The hotel was ok but I did use the hotel garage which was around the corner from the hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Du Parc for two nights. The hotel is close to railway station and the old city, five minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meals we had were delicious. The room was quiet. The decor is beautiful stepping back in time. We enjoyed watching some dancing on Sunday night while we had a drink.

We stayed on 29/7 and again on 13/8 as stopover to and from Italy. We expected an evening meal for 2 adults and 4 very hungry children only to find the restaurant closed from July until September. The rooms allocated were not the rooms booked. The secure parking was in a dark 2 story underground car park with entrance ramps that would qualify as Red ski slopes that damage any vehicle that dosnt have high ground clearance. Overall a poor hotel. Will not return.

To start, a big warning for the garage. Our Audi A4 Avant scraped the underside when driving down. The ramp is very steep. No information was given about the obvious problem. Apart from this the hotel was ok. It needs a renovation but the bed was comfortable and the sheets clean.

Spent one night here While visiting Cite de l'automobile. Spacious rooms and well maintained, pretty lounge and restaurant area. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries. A standout for me was the breakfast waiter, a gentleman who seemed very proud of his food and hotel. Highly recommend

Centrally located hotel in Art Deco style. Decent breakfast but would not recommend for dinner. Rooms are clean and functional but not really a 4 Star but a very good 3 star hotel. Very nice and well equipped bar also in Art Deco style and partly live piano music

All round great hotel! Very friendly staff, good food and beautiful surroundings. Very close to stores and local amenities. A lovely place to spend a week or two, while in Alsace. Highly recommendable! And they get super weather in the Spring and Summer.

I loved the atmosphere and the art deco style of the hotel, especially the atmosphere of the bar is nice and cosy. The hotel itself does unfortunately start to show signs of age and need some atttention, For example in one of the rooms the temperature regulation was broken leaving the room very warm. Also the bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear and eventhough the room was clean the age of the carpet made it look dirty. Also the beds were not very comforable, the matras was sagging so as soon as you got in the bed you automatically rolled to the middle. The breakfast was OK but not worth the € 23 they are charging for it. Furthermore upon arrival the girl behind the reception hardly spoke English although she did do her best to help us this does not live up to my expectation of a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is in a great position but sadly let down by its unwelcoming staff and terrible attitude designed to fleece tourists of every euro they can lay their hands on. To explain, having decided to eat dinner in the hotel as they were putting on a jazz evening we ordered a half bottle of wine to accompany the meal. We were shocked to find out when the bill was presented that the half bottle of average table wine cost €30. On enquiring why we were being charged so much the answer supplied was that it was from the bar. Notwithstanding the complaint no gesture or compromise was offered. Suggestion - stay somewhere else. PS you will have to take your own luggage from car to room and back again - good for building the muscles.

Arrived late at the hotel only to find the parking was round the corner and not near the hotel in a basement car park didn't feel very safe. The hotel a/c was broken so the hotel room as stiffling, opened windows but on a busy road ,so hot we could not sleep. The room was average not a four star? No kettle in room so no beverages available. The breakfast was good but flies crawling all over the meats cheeses and salmon not very appealing. Felt a little ripped off wasn't as nice as we were expecting. Room was very old fashioned.
