Il y a quatre appartements loués dans cet immeuble , donc quatre boîtes à clés . Elles ne sont pas repérées par des numéro , il faut donc tester avec le code d' accès pour trouver la bonne . Les deux seules chaises présentes sont en mauvais état , elles menacent de se casser . Signalé par mail , l' administrateur m' a dit qu' il allait les changer . Le BBQ indiqué dans l' annonce est inexploitable , il est dans un état déplorable ( signalé aussi à l' admin' ) . La literie par contre est en très bon état , la cuisine juste assez équipée et le rapport qualité/prix reste intéressant . En prime il y a une station de tram à 200 mètres qui vous emmène en 10 mn au centre ville .
