It looked good outside and inside. But the room is terrible. Weird smell in the room. Bathroom is too small. The door would hit the toilet and the mirror hanging on the wall is falling off.
I cancelled this reservation about an hour after making the reservation due to change in work schedule however I wasn’t refunded the money for the reservation.
My room had trash, cigarette butts, and even a stale bath rag hung over the shower curtain!! On top of all that the receptionist after I asked to switch rooms acted like she could not. And begged me not to call the manager. She also asked me to go to McDonald's for her.. I was tired just got off work (AWFULLL SERVICE)))

We do not charge for cancellation. We only charge for No show charge .Sorry to say that this is wrong complain.
