The only thing we didn't like was that the pool was closed.
Very friendly staff. Property appeared clean. COVID concerns seemed to be followed. Breakfast was very good and served by staff.
We booked this hotel to stay in on our way to Tennessee, it was convenient, very well kept and easily accessible.
Check in was fine. The bathroom had mold in the shower. And of course the door slamming all night wasn’t the hotels fault but it kept me from sleeping the entire night. For the price of the night I would not recommend or return .
I was on a long drive and was happy to be in such a great hotel for the money it was a great value. Very good staff and great breakfast area.
The hotel and rooms were great. The hotel is close to everything so it was easy to get around.
This is a good hotel for a city that is not any kind of a vacation destination. In other cities it would be just a normal hotel but for Laurel it was closer to the Taj Mahal The rooms were clean, the breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and pancakes as well the usual cereal and bagels. The pool was nice enough. Staff was friendly.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They served a wonderful free breakfast that has the others beat. Our family really appreciated that and the use of the conference room at a moments notice. VERY ACCOMMODATING.
The room was clean and spacious... We enjoyed the flat screen tv and the indoor pool. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. We spent most of our time at the hotel. There's a great restaurant right out the back door, so there was really no reason to drive anywhere. A wonderful mini-vacation for a great price.
