We were there at 4:10 pm but the room was not ready yet. Chris was very apologetic but he made our waiting time comfortable. There's coffee and tea on the lobby and some goodies. And board games too.. On Friday, we were surprised that they had free wine of your choice and finger foods for guests. Andrea was also very nice and sweet. Always has a smile on her face:)

I stayed at Canmore Rocky Inn with my mom. I loved the parking because it was confident and free which was amazing. We checked in very late at night (11pm) because we landed really late, and staff was still around the property. Although they are doing restorations around the property, the elevator was kinda scary because it would made this loud noise, and the stop was kind of rough. We stayed on the second floor, and the rooms were pretty sound proof since we didn’t hear noise from downstairs the next morning while men were doing work on the first floor. Our room had a window that faced the mountains, which in return allowed us to see sunrise whilst in bed. My mom loved that they had microwaves in the rooms, which made it so convenient to heat up tea, food or little pastries. The staff was really friendly and i definitely would return.

The cutest mountain inn. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the lobby with the wood burning fireplace. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The evening wine and cheese was lovely on Saturday night and grab and go breakfast was great for skiing. Drinks in lobby were available 24/7 and the lobby is inviting with wood burning fireplace and games and lots of couches to relax with beautiful mountain views!

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, the fireplace wouldn't stay on for more than 5 minutes, and the bathtub wouldn't drain properly. The desk staff were pleasant. The beds were good with clean sheets. Night time was very quiet. We could hear the train slowly go by. Slow enough that the sound was relaxing.
