4/5 Good

"Our family of 3 booked a double queen room with lake view. Upon check in the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We got our keys and our room was very clean. We tried to go to the restaurant but was told we needed a reservation but the hostess told us to go to their sister property. The next day we left our room for a full day put in Maggie Valley, when we retest evening our room had not been touched. We went back downstairs to request some new towels and the front desk person had already called their service for bath towels as she had a list of other rooms with the same issue. After about 30 minutes she called our room and the towels had been delivered. We enjoyed our time in Maggie Valley and had no major issues other than the towel issue. Since the sister hotel is part of the same group we figured we’d try it next time we visit just to have a chance to experience another location. Staff at each locations on the property were so friendly and I would recommend these to any families traveling to the area."
