Condo was very clean and nice decor. Fireplace was a great touch while sitting in the living room on cold nights. Staff were friendly throughout the trip including condo check in and all ski lodge staff. Well kept slopes. Chair lift staff had a nice sense of humor and helpful. Will definitely come back!

The room was more updated than I expected from the exterior. The pull-out couch was not very clean, unfortunately, so we did not use that. I did not realize this was a timeshare, and when you went to pick up a parking pass, you were repeatedly asked to join a presentation. The activities were kid-friendly, and there was a lot of construction going on, but I would go back to see what the updates look like and maybe try some winter activities.

We love going to Massanutten, but… don’t waste money on the water park until they’ve finished renovating. Full price for half a park… obviously the outdoor portion is closed this time of year, but half of the indoor slides were closed, hot tub was closed as well and the price was not reduced during this time. Also, the activity schedule is more for “wine moms” to waste time while the husband is golfing. They don’t seem to offer much for the kids. The adventure park is “meh” and overpriced as well.

We had a very leaky toilet. Came out twice to fix and the third time they flat out said they would not be back till we were gone. So the bathroom was a constant flood if we turned water on and they did not give us enough towels (3 for 5 people to a sleep 6 condo). Asked for more and they gave us 3 more. Had to share towels the whole time because we needed the extra to soak up the flood. Saying this, they did offer to move us during the middle of our stay, but with a day and 1/2 left it wasn’t worth packing up to unpack again then pack to leave. Too much for two families
