Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again.

I discovered that the toilets in both of our bathrooms were absolutely filthy under the rim. The grill on the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we were only provided with sheets for bedding, not actual covers. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Massanutten!
