My mom was highly allergic to whatever laundry soap is used on the bedding. Staff didn’t seem to care or try to rectify the situation. Even a simple rinse and dry would have been sufficient.

The hotel was just ok, nothing special. The check-in process was easy and the person on staff was nice. When we walked into the entrance of the hotel, there was a bad odor, (not sure what). The room was just average and seemed clean enough, although it had an odor also. My family and I seemed to be the minority in this hotel, (we are American), but there wasn't very many other American families, (just seemed odd to us). The free breakfast was ok, with several choices, and the staff member was doing a great job keeping things stocked. It is about 8-9 miles to Hershey Park and the Hershey RV Camping Resort, which is where the rest of our family stayed, so it was very convenient.
No water in bathroom. No water,juice or coffee in breakfast area.
Good location to rt 81. Located about 15 minutes from Hershey park and arena. Very nice breakfast.
The hotel was conveniently located halfway between the casino and my doctor's office. We did have an issue with damp smell in the room. We tried turning the heat on to dry out the room and set off the smoke alarm. Just reset the a/c to try and do the job. The continental breakfast was simple. Staff were nice. Place was fine for the price and our one night stay.

Found this place last minute when looking for somewhere near Hershey Park. Room was clean,decently sized. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast the next morning was solid. Price was very reasonable. Overall, met expectations for a quick overnight stay.
