In 1790 this room was the private suite and used for ladies who could afford to pay the private room fee or for distinguished gentleman who did not want to board with the general population. This lovely suite has a king size bed, nine-foot tall ceilings and a private bath with tub and shower.
The Space:
The Light Horse Inn is one of the most historic homes in Harpers Ferry. It's colorful past over the 225 year history make this home an ideal location to stay & explore the greater Harpers Ferry area. Walk to restaurants, Appalachian trail, historic lower town Harpers Ferry. Kayak, tube, raft, zip line and enjoy all the natural outdoor activities found in the area. Your stay includes a hot, delicious and plentiful breakfast each morning. Children 12 years and older welcome.
