We came into town for a rock concert and stayed 2 nights. The beds were so extra comfortable, I ordered 2 mattress pad overs for our Arizona vacation rental Hummingbird Ranch. Overall the hotel was manage perfectly! The fresh baked cookies on Friday was a extra treat. None on Sat. For some strange reason, my laptop would not work in my room. The computers in the lobby, also extra clean and spacious, were lightning fast! We will be back for another exciting trip to Harper's Ferry, W VA in the Spring! Renee from Maryland!

This hotel was OK. The biggest problem is that there are very few electric outlets to charge all the electronic equipment one carries these days. The free breakfast was so-so.

a fine place for a weekend visit. a fine place for a weekend visit

Excellent location to harper's Ferry, The staff was so helpful, restaurant attached to hotel had an excellent menu and crab bucket is big enough to share. Nice pool area, breakfast included, clean comfortable rooms.

It was just ok. Nothing special just average. Nothing bad to say about hotel. I am just use to staying at a more high end.

Nice decent hotel, considering area, I really liked that the pool was indoor, I did not eat the free breakfast since I got up late. All else, it's a nice and clean motel.

I was greeted in a friendy manner. My room was clean & spacious. I have mnothing bad to say about my experience at this hotel

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice pool, beautiful views, and decent breakfast. the place is just 5 minutes driving from the main parking lot of Harpers Ferry NHP, and is just a few miles up the road from Charles Town which offers the casino as well as several good dining options. If you're looking for a weekend stay near either town, this is your place!

We arrived during a downpour, our plans for biking the Canal upended. The front desk was efficient and she let us bring our bikes in to the room, which was nice. The room was clean; however the hallway leading to the room had a musty smell and the room itself was even worse. All of the kings are on the first floor, and after walking around in the room for a few minutes, I realized that my socks were damp; I assume the water was working its way up from the concrete foundation. We were only passing through on our way to DC, so if was for one night only and we managed to stay away from the room except for sleeping, that night. It was really unpleasant to return and get re-acclimated to the mustiness. Possibly if we had requested a room on a higher floor it would not have been a problem, so my advice would be that if you do stay here, ask for a room on floor 2 or higher.

We showed up at the Hotel just in time to get a severe winter storm. Lol. It was nice to find the bar was open. The restaurant has a pretty good menu with lots of seafood available. The problem was we thought it was a little pricey. The people were all friendly and the service was good. My biggest problem was the fact that the bed was uncomfortable. I guess it would have been fine if you liked a really firm bed with very cheap bedding( low thread count). All in all it was a good experience.

My husband and I traveled to Harper's Ferry for an overnight trip and stayed here. The location was super convenient so close to HF, Sheperdstown, Charlestown, and Antietam! We had a room connected to the indoor pool which was awesome because we didn't have to walk the halls to find the pool! The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was average! Nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Despite our drunk neighbors (loudly) coming back at 2:00 am and hanging by the pool (loudly) for a half an hour our stay was wonderful and I would use it again for future HF trips!

I had a great time and esp. enjoyed the free shuttle to the Charles Town race track. I did find out the hotel offered a AAA discount but you did not give it to me. That was a little disappointing.

Bethany at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. She gave complete and accurate directions and met all of our needs.

The location is great, very close to Harpers, Ferry. We could even walk there. We liked breakfast in the hotel.

we were there for our daughter's suprised birthday party. Our room in the basement was okay but no view mountain. Staffs were friendly and helpful. When my hubby slept/rest, I attended the craft show in the ballroom and enjoyed it very much. When we got back to the room, one of the staffs stopped me and told me that I won the prize from the craft show. One things that we want is view mountain, but we did not complained about the basement. Ann

its a great hotel with a very good staff. Very helpful people who even offered their scrabble for us as we wanted to play late at night too. They were very knowledgeable about the area, and the best part is this hotel is very rightly located. everything is within 1-2 miles of driving distance. Best quality for the price. Best deal ever!

The staff was very friendly, attentive, helpful with local travel information. The lady attending breakfast was very efficient and kind. The room staff was very thorough and gracious. We would live to stay at this hotel, again and will suggest it to friends. It is VERY near Harpers Ferry.

Walkable to River Riders and next door to Harper's Ferry Nat'l Park busses. Easy access to Bolivar and Harper's Ferry.

We had a great time swimming in the indoor pool. Very nice and refreshing. The TV remote was not working. We requested batteries, but that did not did not help. Bad remote. All in all the trip was very nice and we had a wonderful time compared to other trips we have taken.
