Smokers outside the front door made the entire lobby smell like they were smoking inside. Hotel needs a refresh. Duct tape on elevator floor and not just one strip! The control handle for the tub fell off the instant I touched it and thankfully I was able to use it but clearly broken before we arrived. No other rooms so we had to live with it but the front desk was surprised they hadn’t heard about it before. Front desk staff was very nice about it. Not a cup lid to be found anywhere (room, breakfast area, lobby coffee bar). Loud hallways. Elevator could have been the slowest on Earth…so steps where the way to go.
Water pressure is low when flushing the toilet bowl. You smell marijuana when you walk down the hallway. The facilty is old. It needs to be updated. We apreciate the cleaning personnel who cleaned the room and replenished the toiletries.

Very convenient location to Harpers Ferry. Property is well maintained and staff are friendly and professional. Room includes fridge and microwave. Bathroom is somewhat small but clean. Bed linens were a plus!

The property was under construction due to undergoing new management. The pool was closed and being renovated, the restaurant hours were different and had no abc license, and the front desk staff shared no concern when multiple guest raised concern that nothing was mentioned on the website . The amenities were the reason I booked this hotel and was a huge disappointment that they weren’t available.
This past summer, I had a nonrefundable reservation for several days. We had to leave a day early. I asked without expecting much for them to release me from the last nights charge, and they AGREED!!! So when I planned 3 days of hiking around Harper's Ferry, I didn't even consider staying anywhere else.
Pet friendly. Open fields and countryside setting. Downside dirty. Hair in the bathtub on the floor. Creases of floor and walls dirty. Outdated conditions of the building and room. If you're have small kids don't stay here. U wouldn't want them on the floor.

The property on the inside is very clean. However, the cobwebs on the windows are not ideal. The windows are filthy on the outside.
This is in a great location and convenient to everything to do with Harpers Ferry.

Great location to visit many of the local attractions. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms could use a little updating, but were clean and in working order.
