Muy buen hotel para alojarte en Haro. No está en el centro pero tiene buenas instalaciones (limpias, aceptable en tema de calidad/limpieza y personal muy atento). La piscina compensa la distancia del hotel del centro aunque muy conveniente para moverse por la zona.

This hotel is not yet ready to receive guests. The people are very nice and did apologise for what happened. They were:, faulty lock on the bedroom door. Air conditioning did not initially work. No substantial food in the evening. No water the following morning, so no toilets except for one on ground floor. The room was clean but no fridge. We expect reimbursement to acknowledge terrible services. The hotel should remember it takes time to get a good reputation but one terrible visit to get a bad reputation.

First, you must have a car if you plan to stay in Haro. Transportation, including taxis, are extremely limited and difficult to use. This fact is even more so if you stay at Hotel ITC Ciudad de Haro. This hotel is about a 25-minute walk uphill to the downtown area and you must cross a highway, which we were told multiple times is officially illegal. If you do have a car, this hotel is perfectly fine for a few nights, especially if you consider the cost. It is a great value. That said, don't expect a four star hotel. As others have noted, the hotel is old and has some deferred maintenance issues. Likewise, the WiFi is extremely slow so don't expect to stream anything or make WiFi calls. Finally, the staff at the hotel are wonderful. They were always helpful and attentive. Enjoy!

More like the Norman Bates Motel!

There were some positives about our stay here. The receptionist Alba was very friendly, professional and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was only an hour from Bilbao. However when we arrived we were greeted by a huge pile of dirty sheets outside our room; the room was looking very tired, the sofa was marked and unclean as was the shower curtain. The lights in the lounge area did not work. The breakfast room was a scene of neglect, with most tables left with people’s half eaten breakfast, the food selection was poor and quite unappetising. Worst was that there were no staff at all working in the room. All the dirty plates were left on tables, there were no bowls left for the cereal and the juice had run out.

Buena opción para hospedarse si vas en coche. El hotel está ubicado junto a una carretera, a solo 5 minutos en coche de Haro. Como opción cercana, solo hay una gasolinera con un café para algo rápido por la noche. Para todo lo demás, es necesario ir al centro en coche.

Habitación limpia. El mantenimiento un poco justo, ya que el desagüe de la ducha estaba roto, el hidromasaje con algo de cal y suciedad del tiempo, y también estaba roto el soporte de la ducha. Por lo demás, la cama muy cómoda y una habitación muy amplia, y bien de limpieza.

Solo fuimos una noche de pasada, la atención al llegar excelente, la habitación decente y la cama cómoda. Se oían muchos ruidos por la noche en la habitación del interior del hotel. Y el desayuno bufet deja mucho que desear, para el precio que tiene era escasa la propuesta con poca variedad y algunos productos tenían mala presencia. Las instalaciones muy antiguas, la piscina muy bien para darte un baño el agua limpia, el resto un poco abandonado.

Las habitaciones están muy bien.Las camas son cómodas y están muy limpias. La ducha tenía un problema que revisaba pero bueno, tenía tb bañera q se podía usar como ducha,osea q bien. El trato del personal es muy bueno. Lo único negativo es que no tiene servicio de restaurante y si quieres cenar algo tiene q ser frío. La piscina fenomenal..

Bon hôtel pratique d'accès et propre

Bon séjour, nuit tranquille, nous avions un duplex et il était très spacieux, les enfants étaient dans une chambre avec 2 lits simples et c'était bien correct. La connexion wifi est un peu juste pour des jeunes ado mais bien pour les parents. L'hôtel est propre et on peut y prendre les 3 repas. Le parking gratuit est un plus appréciable.

Lors de notre arrivée, l’accueil nous informe qu’il n’y as pas d’eau chaude. Nous avons attendu le lendemain mais toujours pas d’eau chaude. C’est vraiment inadmissible, l’hôtel aurait dû prévenir avant notre arrivée afin qu’on trouve une alternative.

Se puede mejorar

La habitacion un poco antigua, hace falta actualizar el mobiliario y el suelo. Por lo demas habitacion y wc amplio, limpio y camas muy comodas. El personal va como loco pq solo hay 1 persona para atender en barra y en el buffet en los desayunos. Llegamos sabado y no tenian cervezas 🍺 (un fallo siendo Julio y estando en la piscina que es lo que apetece). Las instalaciones en general limpias. La piscina y zona de descanso tambien limpio, aunque hay que arreglar algunas piezas de pasarela que estan rotas y son peligrosas. Las chicas de recepcion muy simpaticas, al igual que las limpiadoras

Problema con la reserva no se sin con hoteles.como con el hotel de dos habitaciones reservadas solo aparecía una, me consiguen otra me contan las dos y sl día siguiente desoyde irme me cobrabota habitación y a todavía esperando a que me devuelvan el dinero.
