We loved our stay in Haro. Our room had an odd layout but still clean and good fo us. Staff were really nice and helped us get a wine bodega tour. Food at the restaurant was nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location to explore Haro. The room was large clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Perfect except for one thing.

Loved this place. Lovely and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, very nice room. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a perfect rating is the noise I heard from my neighbors. I could only hear my neighbors on one side of me, which leads me to believe that not all rooms would have this problem. I was there for two nights. The first night I could hear from my bed the Brazilian couple next door who were loudly speaking until 12:30 a.m. (I lived in Brazil so I could recognise the accent). The next night it was an American couple, sounded like they were from the south. They got back to their room at around 11:30 p.m. and began talking loudly and walking around. This lasted about an hour. Again, I could hear entire sentences from my bed. It would help if the management could remind people to try and be quiet after 11 p.m. I can’t imagine that people want others hearing their conversations.

A romantic space in Haro (La Rioja), clean with attentive personnel (Cristina and Tiago) receiving you. Conveniently placed you can be in less than 3 minutes in "La Herradura"(where nice bars and restaurants are located). We were in love with Haro and, God willing, will return and stay in Hotel Arrope.

I had a nice room though it only had a skylight. The staff was friendly and welcoming. One major and one minor issue. The ads all say that wi-fi is included. Actually what was included was only 30 minutes of wi-fi per device. When I tried to log in with the same device I got a message saying that I had exceeded the maximum! One minor issue that I was baffled by. There were two bottles of water in the refrigerator. There was a sign with some instructions that I could have a free bottle of water sent to my address if I followed certain (cumbersome) instructions. But if I just took the water I would be charged 15 euros each!!!! That's a new world record for the price of water as far as I'm concerned. What could the hotel be thinking? Why would I go to all the trouble they asked, just so someone would send me a bottle of water?
