Coming back from the Hokkaido countryside, this location was the wrong stop for us. It was packed with tourists, and the hotel is part of a mall-like complex. We happened to stay the weekend that a popular boy band was performing, so at night the vibes were not really our scene. The staff was great. ...

The location of this property is perfect right in Susukino within a couple blocks of Tanikukoji shopping arcade and tons of other places. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. I understand hotel rooms in Japan are small but this one was micro-sized...and we're not big people. If ...

Ibis styles provided good coffee and other amenities. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide lotion which is needed especially during the cold season. Other hotels in Japan that i have been To offered unlimited supply of lotion and other stuff in the lobby.
