Come enjoy this family friendly beach apartment in a private community. The property features 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 bunk beds) and a bath. The great room includes kitchenette with Thermador cooktop, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, and a complete set of Calphalon Cookware Herbs, spices, sugar, coffee and tea, as well as soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, and paper products. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom. The Boat House also has HD TV, AC/heat, charcoal Weber grill on large deck overlooking the private beach--access to 60 feet of waterfront! Check out what's happening in the workshop—Dave is an avid modeler and happy to tell you all about his models. Unfortunately the Boathouse is not pet-friendly or accessible for wheelchairs as there is an outdoor flight of stairs to access the apartment. The home is currently for sale so showings might be necessary during your stay.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. This was all around the perfect stay! It is both a cozy cabin in the woods and a convenient beach house. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The boat house theme is very quaint and charming. Everything in the house is very high quality. Sitting outside on the porch or in the chairs on the beach provides a beautiful and restful experience. It is the perfect distance from town to be close to the shops but still be on a quiet private beach. Highly recommend!
