We stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dinner at the M1 Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The restaurant staff THAO provided exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. We also want to acknowledge receptionist XI and duty manager BACH, who have been wonderfully helpful and welcoming throughout our time there. The gym is giant and has a lot of equipment. The hotel is quite and clean. The staff is really helpful. Though the location is a bit far from the city center, it doesn't really matter if you occasionally go out. The taxi is also very easy and convenient to call from your phone.

Good hotel but a bit outside of key areas

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Location is a bit far from business district and the lake. Nearby have some eating places but no place to shop.
