I had such an amazing stay at the Splendid Secret Hotel! Everything was top-notch. • Room Service & Cleanliness: The room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. • Breakfast: The buffet was excellent—huge variety, delicious food, and a great start to the day. • Staff & Tour Planning: The staff team was wonderful, especially Ding Dong! Ding Dong was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. • Ha Long Bay Tour: I booked the Ha Long tour through the hotel, and thanks to Ding Dong's seamless organization, the whole trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommend Splendid Secret! It truly offers a five-star experience with exceptional staff like Ding Dong.

I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of local and Western options. What really made the difference was the personalized service. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This hotel offered 5 star service from the beginning til end. Super convenient location which was great and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooms were just decent, nothing special but the food, service, and location makes up for it. The staff was contstantly smiling and extremely helpful. Would definitely come back here.

Shortly after booking I got a WhatsApp message from mister Ding who works at Splendid if there was anything else that they could help me with. I think this was a nice touch, and it also made it easier for me to contact the hotel if I needed something. Arriving late we were greeted by the staff. Shown to our room and ready for bed. There was a little issue with the room, but the staff handled it very well and we moved to another room the next day. I appreciate how professional and well they took care of us. The room was amazing. Booked the suite and it was very very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the 11th floor with a morning view of Hanoi. Breakfast is pretty good. You get a variety of western and Vietnamese food. A good start on the day. Here is also the pool. Didn’t have time to use it, but looks like an OK place to hang out if you want that … On the top floor there is a rooftop bar. Good drinks and good views in the evening. A nice place to wind down after a busy Hanoi day.. We wanted to have a day trip to Ha Long Bay and the hotel staff arranged it in minutes. We were very pleased with the tour. So their recommendation was spot on 🙂 This was a very nice stay, the staff, the hotel, all made our stay in Hanoi a well worth time. I will happily be back to Splendid Premium Hotel. Looking forward to my next stay Hẹn gặp lại lần sau

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange trips around Hanoi such as Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at reasonable prices. The hotel location is very convenient, right in the city center. I can't wait to come back here!
