I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. I was happily surprised to be able to check in a couple hours early. The room was huge, very comfy king bed and I highly recommend the balcony room. The breakfast selection is a smaller buffet but has all the hits and delicious croissants. The pool is small but a nice reprieve from walking around during the day!

This hotel is located very centrally within the Old Quarter of Hanoi and it is so easy to walk around to many other parts of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money.

Nice hotel but the staff need to work

The hotel rooms are new and modern with great AC and very comfortable beds. The hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Hanoi. There were a few things we really didn’t like, the staff and cleaners seemed to congregate outside our room at 6:30/7am and shout and talk extremely loudly. Even after I’d spoken to reception about this issue it still happened, I went out to them and asked if they could keep it down but they still persisted. Very unprofessional and rude to customers. The general sound proofing of the room was awful we could hear every shut door and bathroom sink. We would stay here again but the staff need to learn to be more professional.

In the heart of the action...

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, moments from the Water Puppets Theatre. Right in the heart of the city, easy access to the Night Market and Train Market. The only slight niggle was our City View room looked over an alleyway to an adjacent building (see photo) Good pool on the roof.

Door on room needs to be pulled very hard to properly lock. Watch out for this so someone doesn’t have access to your room. Clean, good bed, great location. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pool was too cold to use but looked nice.
