My 2nd trip to Hanoi this year for business and Sheraton is always my #1 choice. Love the smile on the staff face everytime when I am heading out and back to hotel. Room is clean and cosy, glad that they put me on the executive floor. First class experience.
located nice place ,the breakfast was very good , clean place , comfortable rooms , and very good service from the staff for everything that you need, it is not my first visiting there in last few years , still they continious giving the same service and they keep high level staying .
I just spent three nights here on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located on the shore of the West Lake no more than a half hour drive from the airport and ten to fifteen minutes from the Old Quarter. We were warmly received and cared for like VIPs by the excellent service-oriented staff. The ladies in the executive lounge were especially gracious and attentive. In particular, I want to acknowledge the efforts of Oanh, Subin, and Hway Anh for their hard work and service. If I return to Hanoi, I will be staying at the Sheraton.
I had the pleasure of staying at this property in early November. My room was clean, comfortable and modern. I was on the executive floor and the staff at the executive lounge made me feel welcome and wanted. The staff was courteous and attended to my every need. Subin was extra helpful and answered our many questions. Hwai Ahn and Oanh, (Please forgive the spelling of the names), also went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to get back to Hanoi again!! Steve
Nga is a Very sweet and polite girl . Would make our room for turn down service and always stop by for a small chat . Wanted us to see many other beautiful places in Vietnam and always served with enthusiasm and smile
Rooms are nicely decorated. Staff is nice. We didn’t book for the breakfast buffet option but heard others have been enjoying it. A bit far from the Old Quarter, but great view. I suggest booking a high up room. Staff is wonderful, i’m quite amazed with the service.
Been to a big conference here, excellent arrangements, Business lunch, coffee breaks and two banquets were excellent. Internet was good with kiosks, plenty of seating. Oneside access bit narrow. Good location with view of lake.
usually stay this hotel whenever having a business trip to Hanoi. This hotel has some weaknesses on the tour of Hanoi. First, this place is a little far away from the old quarter. Second, some facilities are old than other new hotels such as Lotte or JW Marriot. Nevertheless, I always prefer this hotel, because the staffs are very kind and warm. Plus, foods are so great and it serves various types of them. I mentioned that the facilities are old, but it means that the conception of design is antique paradoxically. It looks like the traditional architectures of Vietnam. So, I have felt good emotion when I stayed at this hotel. Especially, the view is so great in the morning. Another good thing is there are so many good restaurant, convenience store and spas nearby the hotel. Most one of the good things is the Korean staff who are Ms. Lee Haein and Ms. Bang Subin. I think many Korean people are very grateful to them. Because the korean staff are very helpful during their stay. Finally, I would like to recommend this hotel if you have a chance to visit Hanoi.
Spent four night here- Friday through Monday - and the service from the staff was brilliant. Sincere, not overbearing, and professional. Great example of hospitality training at its best. The executive lounge or BonVoy lounge (whatever it’s called) has fresh food. Tremendous variety and excellent quality. The pool and jacuzzi are bonuses.
Quiet rooms, comfortable bed, excellent service! They go well beyond the required to make sure that the stay is comfortable. Thien Thomas at the concierge desk was very helpful in planning our trip. Would definitely stay here on our next trip :)
